Jacob, thank you so much for bringing these issues to our attention. We walked the property with the owner after your review and are in the processing of getting a few things resolved. We checked the water pressure and all was very good there so I'm not sure if you had other showers, dishwasher and clothes washer going at the same time possibly? We checked several and everything was great. The trim board was already repaired by the time we arrived. The AC had its spring service but we too just saw the AC line dripping outside so we can get that resolved quickly. The pantry right door was a littel lower and looked like the roller was bent; it is put back but we will monitor and if we need to replace the door, we will be happy to do that. We open and closed the bathroom door many times and it didn't seem to stick but we will slightly adjust it just in case it decides to try to stick again. Stained sheets are completely unacceptable and we will be happy to always arrive within 24 hours of your check in quickly to address any issues that may have been missed. We take guest satisfaction very serious and we are happy to come over immediately to address. We hope you will give us another chance for you to experience it! Again, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We are jumping on it so that we can continue to always strive for 5 star perfection!
