Great for large families!

Wonderful layout for a big family with great easy walk to the beach path! Very little beach traffic or noise considering the busyness of the area. Highly recommend.

A fantastic home in a beautiful gated community. Extremely convenient and in the heart of Rosemary Beach and Seacrest. Great info from the host rooms were spotless and the views are amazing. We had 3 of our grown children and their spouses for a great get a way. I would highly recommend Seabourn.

Seabourn in the Fall

We absolutely loved the property. It was beautiful and clean inside, lots of room for our family of 14. The view of the beach was spectacular. We loved watching the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee. The heated pool was another plus, especially for our littlest members. We had a couple of very small glitches when we first arrived and the maintenance team arrived almost immediately to correct. Our family had the best time! I would highly recommend this wonderful beach house.

Seabourn May 25

Pros: Location is perfect, most bedrooms are great. Family room and kitchen eating area are good size Cons: Bed in guest house like a large day bed ( not a normal queen. Kitchen garbage draw is hard to open/close. Overall kitchen is a little worn. Deck is very small - not large at all - can’t fit more than 4 or 5 people.

This was a special celebration of our 50th anniversary with our family of 11. The location was great. The condition of the property was very poor even though it was described as recently renovated & luxurious. Both are a completely misleading description. Upon arrival the floors were gritty & the carpets were stained & filthy. Unbelievably there were paper towels stuffed & hanging out all around the kitchen window evidently to prevent leaks. Other windows had tape seals around them evidently for the same reason. The wood ceiling paneling was buckled & warped on two big sections of the living room. It did rain while we were there & water was dripping in from the living room ceiling. Ocean front balcony doors were warped, difficult to operate. One of the bathroom faucets came right out in your hand so obviously didn’t work. We could get programming on only one of the six televisions. Upon arriving & seeing this overall condition we immediately called Ocean Reef, They had no other ocean front properties available for us to move to. They sent a cleaning crew who arrived within a couple of hours and they recleaned the house. The other issues were not addressed at all except they did send someone on the 2nd day to address the televisions. He was unable to get them to work & said they would send another technician. That technician arrived on the 7th day of our 8 day stay. We called Ocean Reef several times while we were there & they never came to address any of the other issues.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to report these problems and feel that they were not resolved in a timely manner. While we’re glad our team was able to send a cleaning crew shortly after your arrival and address the television concern, we recognize that this did not adequately address the larger maintenance issues you experienced. Your comments regarding the property’s condition and the accuracy of its description are being taken seriously and have been shared with the appropriate management and maintenance teams for review. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and apologize that we fell short during such an important family vacation. Amazing Family Friendly Stay at Water's Edge

The home at Water’s Edge in Seacrest Beach / Rosemary Beach was outstanding! The house easily accommodated my group of 5 adults and 3 kids… plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas to spread out in. Multiple large Smart TVs were nice for relaxing after a day on the beach. First, second and third floor patios provide an unbelievable view and amazing way to enjoy the ocean.We had the pool heated for our stay which was very nice. Kids loved swimming in there after the beach; note that the pool is pretty small but typical for the area, after all there is the whole ocean! Beach is beautiful with clean white sand and clear blue water. The house comes with a complimentary beach setup (2 chairs and umbrella) which is setup by 9am; we used the beach service for additional setups, paddle board rentals, and an evening bonfire.The home is located at an amazing location. It is located across the street (think 3 min walk) to a family friendly outdoor venue with live music, two bars, hamburger shop, two pizza shops, donut shop, ice cream shop, small grocery store and a brewery. On the beach, the house located a 5 min beach walk from the local beach bar which was fun.Overall a great stay, would recommend for a family or group of families.

Bad management

It was off season but the building next store was under construction with loud banging starting at 7:30 am and going till 5:00pm. Painting of house behind ours was going on for two days causing me to park down the street to avoid overspray of paint on my rental car. The management group never came out to fix terrible internet and also the broken door we told them about. Called it in and no one ever showed up. The patio furniture was all crap that you buy at target. We should have been appraised of the construction and painters and we’re not. Also we could have checked in earlier but we were denied for no reason. We will never use this company again.

Location wonderful. House is very nice. Management needs to be aware the AC units struggle. we were hot 30percent of the time. The AC team came out three times and tried to fix the units.
