Amazing condo

This is a great property. The kitchen in full stocked to make meals. The beds are comfy and the furnishings are lovely. Stacey made things super easy for us with check in and check out. We will definitely come back to stay again

Perfect de Mita

Very nice property in the heart of Punta de Mita on the beach. The balcony was the perfect place to lounge, have coffee, read and watch whales, surfers, diving pelicans, and fishermen. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom setup was ideal for our two couples. When a meal out was required, one just had to exit the front of the property and walk to any number of nearby options ranging from street food to fancy. The host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again without reservation.

Great location, relaxing stay

This was our first time outside the gates of Punta Mita resort. We enjoyed being right "in town" for a few nights so that we could walk to restaurants and shops.

Amazing

Loved staying at Stacey's home. The hosts are super flexible and very kind. They get things done when you ask. Glad I stayed here and will be here more when i come back to mexico

Beachfront Perfection

The best location in Punta Mita. The condo sits right in front of a super fun surf break, and if you want to surf off the pangas, they pick you up right in front of this condo. Literally 20 steps and you’re out of the condo and in the boat. Not to mention, Stacy was incredibly accommodating to work with. The condo itself is upscale, larger than expected, and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable and furnishings appeared brand new. Air conditioning blows very cold and WIFI was fast with no glitches. This condo is a very short walk to shopping, markets, and beach front dining. There are plenty of dining options right out the front door. There is also a roof top bar and swimming pool that’s a great place to watch the surf or whale watch. They also serve really good food on this roof deck. We’ve been traveling to Punta Mita for over 25 years and you can’t beat the location and amenities of Casa Sea Esta. We’ll definitely be regulars here!

Relaxation Achieved.

We had such a great stay in Punta Mita and this condo was the perfect setting for our family to just relax and unwind. We have three kids (13, 11, 9) and the guest room was a perfect setup for them. Everything was well appointed in the condo...good furnishings, decor, kitchen was fully equipped. But probably the best thing about it was the view of the ocean right off the balcony. We spent much of our time out there reading, drinking coffee, playing cards, and relaxing. Also, complex has a roof-top pool with a little bar and kitchen. We had the entire roof to ourselves and Oscar was serving us drinks, making us guac and nachos...the kids loved it. We had dinner all three nights at La Rustica...kept going back for their pizza, salads, and drinks...all of it was amazing. A few notes: 1) Lots of great surfing right outside the room. Bring some water shoes as it can be rocky getting out to the surf. 2) There is a gentleman who rents surf boards, kayaks, and SUPs right out the back door. Approx. 400 pesos for the day. 3) We felt very safe and secure in the condo building and in the town in general. Zero issues. 4) Aside from the two bedrooms, there were two other pull out sleeper sofas where we could have slept several more people. This condo could easily have worked for two families traveling together. 5) The host, Stacey, was very helpful and responsive.

Amazing stay in Punta Mita

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Extra spacious, comfortable, clean, and has the most amazing view of the bay! The owner, Stacey, is wonderful to work with, has thought of every detail, and made us feel right at home. Access to any amenities you want are literally steps from the condo. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool and bar! Excellent stay, thank you, and we can not wait to come back.

We are Matt, Stacey and Jack. Matt is a retired fire Captain from San Diego City Fire and Jack is an active Fire Captain with SDFD with nearly 25 years on the department. Stacey is a retired School Counselor but still works part time. We have all been friends and co-workers for many years which has led to our partnership in this very special place.

Casa Sea Esta is located on the beach and centrally to all that Punta de Mita has to offer.
Surfing, paddleboarding, golf, fishing, yoga, fine dining, scuba diving and many different local tours are available. Punta de Mita has all of the activities, sports and laid-back vibes that we all love! Additionally, the community and people in this area are wonderful. We feel very lucky to be able to spend time here. We hope our guests do too! :-)

When we say this is an ocean front property, we mean it!! Just look at the images provided...that is the view you'll see every morning, accompanied by the sound of the crashing waves just steps away.
Note: We are not located in the Four Seasons resort. We are "Outside" the gates as they say around here.
