This well-appointed unit offers all the conveniences of home, featuring spacious bedrooms with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space. During the cooler months cozy up by the electric fireplace and relish a movie while still taking in the soothing water view.

Emerald Bay is situated at the 14 mile-marker at the beginning of Horseshoe Bend. Conveniently located just a few minutes away from the bustling Bagnell Dam strip, where you can indulge in a wide range of activities, including dining, shopping, golfing, and watersports. You can easily access popular spots like Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, and the Hippopotamus Bar at the Regalia Hotel.


|THE PROPERTY|

Common Area:
The generous living space is enhanced by expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, offering uninterrupted views of the water. Additionally, this space includes a sofa sleeper that can comfortably sleep two guests and a twin air mattress. The electric fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in the room, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows on the sizable television.

Master Suite:
Just a few steps away, you'll find the magnificent master bedroom, graced with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of the lake. Furthermore, it includes a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, offering the luxurious pleasure of enjoying your morning coffee in bed. Furnished with a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and TV with Spectrum and Roku, it provides an ideal sanctuary.
The private bathroom features a combination shower/tub, a double vanity sink, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom comfortably hosts up to two guests with a queen bed. Ample storage space is provided for guests' clothing, making it a perfect haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Right outside this room, you'll find the second bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink.


Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items for preparing a delightful meal, such as pots and pans, utensils, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards, as well as plates, bowls, and drinkware. A Ninja blender is also available to easily craft those special beverages.

Coffee fans will be delighted with the well-stocked coffee station. It features a Keurig machine, a selection of K-Cups, creamer, and tea. Complimentary mints are also provided to freshen your breath after your coffee indulgence.

Outdoor space:
Venture to the outdoor area to fully embrace the lake experience. The comfortable outdoor furnishings include both a dining area and a lounge area. An electric grill is also available for you to savor the views while preparing your meals.


Other things to note:
Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of complimentary bed linens, bath towels, paper towel rolls, garbage bags, toilet paper, and various soaps, including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, a washer and dryer are also available for use.

-Parking is limited to a 2 vehicle max. Parking passes are required and provided inside property upon arrival.
-No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor.
-Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside or outside on the patio.
-No pets allowed.
-Complex restricts guests from using, swimming, or fishing from docks.
-Check-in time: 4pm
-Check-out: 11 am.
-Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
-To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
-Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
-List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
-Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
-Guest responsible for any damages they cause
-Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
-Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
-Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
-Guests are welcome to use both pools. However, the complex restricts guests from using the docks, including swimming and fishing.
