Here is a firm, professional response: We appreciate your positive comments regarding the spacious home and beautiful second-story view. However, we must clarify that the cleanliness allegations in this review are not supported by our records. Our team photographs each home after every cleaning and inspection, and the time-stamped photos from immediately before this stay show that the bedrooms, bunk beds, linens, and surrounding areas were clean and properly prepared. They also show no visible rot, mold, or sand in the beds. The television remote was missing when reported, and we promptly ordered a replacement that was delivered the following morning. We regret that the replacement did not include the correct battery size, but the other claims made in this review do not accurately reflect the documented condition of the home upon arrival.
