We had an amazing stay at the Holly Hill farm house from beginning to end! The hospitality was wonderful. Randy and Kim were excellent hosts and we were so glad we had the opportunity to chat with them both for a little while! The accommodations were clean and the decorations were perfect. We loved everything! It felt so warm and cozy and loved how peaceful it was on the farm. We especially enjoyed meeting the donkeys and the goats and seeing the ducks, guineas, and the chickens. We definitely look forward to going back again! Best wishes until next time, Randy and Kim!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the farm house. It was clean, we loved the decorations, and Randy and his wife were very generous and left us some snacks as a welcoming gift. It also snowed a little while we were there and Randy salted the walkway and our van steps for safety. I loved seeing all the animals and the views were incredible. I hope to return in the future. It's perfect for peace and quiet.

We always look forward to staying at the Farmhouse. Randy and Kim put so much thought in making you feel at home. It is always very clean and stocked with basic needs. Such a peaceful place to unwind.

Randy has great communication and I felt prepared to give my family directions/instructions for the property. The Farm House is wonderful, the decorations all over the house, we went during Christmas, were a special touch. The animals were the stars of the show though with being surrounded by fun and friendly animals, it made the stay even more memorable. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect (great pressure), according to my dad. The (small) fenced in yard was worth the ease of mind of caring for the dogs easily. You are truly in the country here, and the GPS was a little confused but very doable. My family felt right at home to celebrate Christmas. This farm house would be perfect for two couples, or smaller family (2 total rooms with queen beds). It is well worth the money from the hospitality to the fun yard decorations. My family said they will absolutely stay here again. The house also was stocked with the essentials to relax when you get there. Randy had water and raisin bread for my family, which was greatly appreciated!

We arrived at night and the decorations were beautiful. Randy met us with the keys and just made you feel right at home. The house was absolutely amazing . Everything was so clean, we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and the farm animals just made the stay even better. Mayberry was only 6 miles away. I would stay there again just to go because it felt so welcoming and relaxing. Thanks for letting us bring our fur babies as well.

We came for the holidays, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The cabin was spotless, beautifully stocked, and every little detail showed how much thought and love Randy and Kim put into making guests feel at home. Their kindness truly touched us. The animals were such a gift—gentle therapy that brought peace and joy to our hearts. The calm, rolling farm was the perfect escape from the rush of city life, and it gave us the break we didn’t even realize we needed. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you, Randy and Kim, for creating such a special place.

We really enjoyed our stay. One of a kind property and hosts. Very quiet and peaceful, immersed in nature, and with an expansive and comfortable cabin, didn't want to leave. Randy and Kim were absolutely great hosts, and meeting them really enhanced our experience. Our dog also loved the property:)The property, accommodations and hospitality greatly exceeded expectations, and will definitely be booking again when visiting the area.

A Happy Place

My husband and I loved the staying at the farmhouse. Kim and Randy were great host. They have put a lot of work into making you feel at home away from home. We can't wait to go back.

Anniversary trip

Do all your sightseeing before you get to the farmhouse and take groceries because when you get there you will not want to leave! It is perfect! Randy and Kim left us a cake, cinnamon bread, milk, juice, candy, coffee. They are so nice and have put lots of love into the farmhouse. The guineas, ducks, goats, donkeys, chickens, rabbit are an added bonus. Kim has flowers everywhere and they are beautiful. I can’t say enough about this house. We are already planning to go back. It’s the perfect place to be.

Weekend getaway

Awesome decor , comfy beds, spacious bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Had everything you need for an amazing getaway. We loved all the farm animals. The owners were very nice and available if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Farmhouse

Very comfortable, charming decor country setting, but 15 minutes from Mt. Airy shopping, dining Mayberry tourist stop and more. Randy and Kim were great hosts, helpful, but not intrusive. We loved it!

What a beautiful place. Clean cozy comfortable. The ideal get away for relaxation, yet close enough to all the places we wanted to go. Delightful and friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend staying here for a wonderful peaceful getaway.

The Sweetest Little Farm House

For us, there is no other place we would want to stay. It is very obvious when you walk in the door, the owners have gone to great lengths to give you a true farm house feel. We love the fact that you are out in the country but so very close to stores and downtown Mayberry. We love the fact that the owners are close by and always so happy to help. It was our 2nd time to stay at the Farm House and third time to stay on the property. If you are looking for a vacation spot to break away from the craziness of day to day things and love to be down on the farm, this is the place to stay. We not only look forward to being on the farm but also seeing the owners. We just adore this sweet couple!

Comfortable Farm Cabin

Kim and Randy met us for an easy check in. The cabin was decorated so cute both inside and out. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. A working kitchen was appreciated. Lots of space for 3 adults. The cabin has a front porch and back deck sitting area to watch the farm and sky at night. Very easy tu get to Mt Airy and Dobson. Highly recommend this Cabin and Randy and Kim. Bonus, adorable donkeys to greet us.
