I became frustrated and agitated at the start because your vrbo app is not user friendly for older people, like myself and I felt like I had to download it and use it whether I wanted to or not. After I voiced my complaint, I received an email with all of the information I was seeking. Unless you are wanting to ward off most customers over the age of 50, you ought to just send them everything they will need by email after they make their reservation. Believe me, I have better things to do with my time than get stuck in app loops for hours.
Other than having problems with the technoligy, we didn't experience any other major issues and were very pleased. We will be sure to recommend you to the rest of our family and friends. Thank you so very much for everything!
