Unit 307 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountain Vacation Condo Rental that is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. With top-of-the-line amenities and gorgeous views of Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg, you won’t want to leave! This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

This single-level vacation rental boasts two king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower, and double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

Sit out on the private balcony chairs and relax in the crisp mountain air before you start your day. The balcony is equipped with comfortable seating to enjoy the mountain views and the Ober Mountain tram making its way up and down the mountain.

The condo was very clean and the view did not disappoint! The pool/hot tub and fire pits were a great plus and the property as a whole was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back if we were to visit again.

The Highlands Returns!

We were so happy to see The Highlands rebuilt and better than before! The views are spectacular and the condo is high end with all GE Cafe appliances.

We were very excited as the view of the mountains were breath taking. We were visiting for NYE and were hopeful we would have an amazing view of some fire works. Unfortunately, our view was of the “pool” and any view of downtown Gatlinburg was blocked by the other condos in the unit. We were excited as the outside common area with fire pits had a great view of downtown and of the fireworks and drone show. Unfortunately, this common area was closed off at 10pm nightly and we couldn’t get in. Hence, we had no view and this was rather upsetting considering this was a main reason we booked the condo.

We understand how upsetting it must have been, especially since the view was a key reason for choosing this condo. The common areas and their operating hours are managed by the HOA, and while we don’t control those schedules, we absolutely understand your frustration and regret that it impacted your experience. We sincerely appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us better set expectations and communicate more clearly with future guests. Very nice workout room. Nice w/d, which we used. Great balcony layout with the glass partition for viewing. Perfect location! Easily accessible spaces to have a wheelchair. We do suggest some type of chair in 2nd bedroom, which my older parents very much needed. Also a full length mirror, coat hooks at entry & iron. Bar stools are fun but not great for the limited dining space, especially for elderly use. On those notes we will be back!!!

No grab bar or seat in showers. Also beds are very high which can cause some issues. Guests need to read all correspondence from management as it will contain all you need to know while visiting. Thank you Janey! We do have specific units that are equipped with grab bars and such, we just need to know that info at booking. Highlands 404, 204, and 301 each have grab bars in the bathrooms and showers. I apologize that we did not know this at your time of booking to better accommodate you better.
