Not sure the rating matches the review but let me respond, This home is not advertised as having a jacuzzi or hot tub. Im guessing the guest was using a wrong remote for the TV as its been working fine since he left. The cleaners informed us of the slow draining shower and we have cleared it.

Thank you for the review. We didn't receive any communication regarding any issues when the guest stayed. A couple of blind slats were missing and have since been replaced. Walmart is a 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive. There are a few panhandle on the main rd near Walmart but this is out of our control.

We don't know where the guest came up with the list of items that they felt they had to clean. There is nothing at the house including the welcome book, nor in the information that is emailed to the guest that tells them that they need to clean certain items or get charged. No, they don't need to wash the towels or run the dishwasher, or wash the sheets. That is what we do. They do need to roll the garbage can to the curb on garbage pick up day, just like they do at their own home. The guest only told us about the chair when they left. If they would notify the property managers when they find something, then we could take care of it.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you were not happy with the cleanliness of the home and yard. If you would have contacted us, we could have come out and corrected the problems. Just before you came to our home there was a very big storm that blew around a lot of the leaves and things in the yard. It took us over a week to go around and repair the damage done at our homes we manage. The small carpet in the garage is a scrap piece of carpet when the house was originally built. It's there so you can wipe your feet on, and yes, we do not clean that scrap of carpet.

Please read the review before this one. Guest was upset as she said she booked a home with a hot tub and ours doesnt have one. She obviously did not read the listing. The houuse was cleaned 1 day before her arrival as the last guest left 2 days before her arrival. The cleaning sheet she is talking about is where the cleaners wnote how many towels are in the home and it was obviously missed. it was definitely not last done in in 2023 , she obviously misread Feb 2025. The security she mentions is the garage door lock and we had to go to the home as they didnt know how to lock it

Thank you for your review. You are correct, we rarely dust on top of the kitchen cabinets. The items you called us about were taken care of the next day. As for bedroom lights, some bedrooms are wired electrically so that the wall switch that would turn on a lamp, has it's receptacle in a location where there is no lamp. In those cases, you have to walk over to the lamp and turn it on manually. We hope to see you back next year.

David, thank you for your review. We want to respond to a couple of items in the review. The day we were called about the screens, they were fixed. Because guests lock the pool screen doors, the pool tech has no way of servicing the pool. So they have put a small finger hole in the screen of the pool door so they could reach in and unlock the door. We don't replace this screen as the next guest would lock the door and the same thing would occur. With the fence, as soon as the guest notified us of the fence situation, we were there to fix the fence. Lights burn out over time. If a light burns out, call us to have us replace it. Near the end of their stay, we delivered a brand new couch for the family room. We did not want to bother the guest during their stay, so we installed it after they left. When we were there working on the fence and delivering the couch, we did not see that the lawn needed mowing, and we walked over the entire lawn. Grass is dormant this time of year in Florida. With the dining chair cushions, this is were the guests normally sat so we did not want to have them cleaned during their stay as they would be damp for awhile. They have since been cleaned.

Thank you for the review. On our listing it says to contact us first if you are wishing to bring a pet. We are pet friendly but dogs must not be on the beds, it is impossible to clean the comforters of all the hair. We have to be respectful of all guests. If the guest had contacted us first as it says on the listing all this would have been communicated to him.
