- Travelling with little ones? Pack n play and highchair are also provided.
- Walkable Neighborhood: Save at least one night to eat out some of the 30A favorites; we recommend Amici for Italian or Cuvee for small bites! Want to experience a life changing donut? Head over to The Donut Hole Cafe and Bakery and... thank us later. 🍩 Both of these are walkable and under 10 min away.
- Rosemary Beach is also a quick walk away - take the new underpass across 98, and cruise through to some of 30A's best shopping and dining. If acai bowls are your style, 'La Playa' is a must-visit! You'll also love Cowgirl Kitchen for casual dining, or Gallion's for date night.

- Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap comes standard in all of our homes.
- We also start you out with the essentials: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
- Coffee on us! Complimentary coffee from The Well will kick start your mornings. The home has a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Other things to note:
- Parking: 2 spaces officially, extra parking by mailboxes. No on street parking permitted.
- The pool can be heated for $50/day. Please inquire with us when booking and we can set up for you!
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
