This home was mostly great. Rooms looked like the picture, easy check-in. No major issues. Little things they could add are pot holders to pull things out of the oven & additional kitchen towels. A couple throw blankets to enjoy the tv rooms would be awesome. Very easy check-out process. Things to be aware of…they advertise a hot tub. Be prepared to pay a daily fee to have it heated and have 60 min warm up time every time you want to use it. The communication was good until I asked for a refund for the one day the hot tub didn’t heat & a tech had to come out & fix it. Then I did not hear from them again except check out instructions. Overall very happy though.

We had a fantastic two weeks staying at this villa. Communication with the host was excellent which made check in a very easy process. They reached out to us on quite a few occasions to make sure all was well and if there was anything we needed. The property itself was ideal for our large family, plenty of space for us all! The pool was a massive hit with the kids, it was clean and perfect for chilling when quiter days were needed. We definitely hope to return for another visit in the future. Thank you for hosting us

House was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the entire family. Loved the fact that so many bedrooms had attached bathrooms. My daughter loved the private screened in pool area, and my son enjoyed the rec room with pool table. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful house, location and management team to stay with a large family or group. The house had so many amenities and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Quick responses from the Upstay team when we had a question. We had the experience of watching a rocket launch twice from the courtesy of the patio and pool area. My family and I really enjoyed the house for the week of spring break vacation.

We stayed here for my friend’s birthday weekend and had a great experience! The house was very nice, spacious, and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy ourselves comfortably.A couple of the bedrooms didn’t have TVs, but that wasn’t an issue for our group. The pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The hot tub was nice, although it wasn’t quite as hot as we had hoped. The host was very communicative before and throughout our stay and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner, which made the experience even better.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful weekend celebrating. The property was exactly what we needed, and we would definitely book this house again in the future. Thank you for hosting us!

I’ve read other reviews on this place and I don’t know what I’m missing. It is extremely outdated. We had all kinds of issues checking in and the house was very dirty. The pool was tiny. The only saving factor was the weather was great.

My friends and I had a great weekend stay! We needed a space to accommodate friends traveling from out of town for a Friendsgiving, and the house provided that for us. We enjoyed hanging by the pool; which we had heated, and using the spacious kitchen to prep and enjoy our meal. The host was so easy to communicate with, and they checked in on us each day.

Quick Stay With Family & Pets

Ultimately a good stay, accommodations were accurate and being pet friendly was a plus. There are some areas of carpet and curtains that were stained from prior pet stays but to be expected as a pet friendly home. Overall we would stay again.
