The Space:
Step into Casa con Corazon, your dream villa inside the exclusive Quivira master resort. This new, 3-bedroom home, is a paradise of comfort and luxury, designed to make your getaway unforgettable. Imagine waking up in a plush king-sized bed, stepping out onto your private balcony to sip morning coffee, and then taking a refreshing dip in your secluded, private pool. By day, bask in the sun in your expansive backyard, and by night, gather around the fire table for s'mores and stargazing. From high-tech amenities, to cozy interiors, this villa is a slice of heaven waiting just for you! Each of the 3 bedrooms features, smart tv, ensuite bathroom, Alexa echo dot, and phone chargers. The bunk bed room also features a theater and video game console!

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

- The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and access to the outdoor patio with private pool and shaded terrace where you can enjoy drinks at night under starry skies. For your convenience this bedroom is equipped with a safe for your belongings.

- Guest bedroom with a queen-size bed opens to its own balcony where you enjoy the fresh breeze.

- Finally, the third bedroom is perfect for friends or kids. Featuring a bunk bed, ensuite bathroom and projection theater with a 100" screen - including Roku with Netflix for movies and streaming access. Lastly Gamers will love the theater and its Nintendo Switch console offering many games for kids of all ages. This room is a dream for kids and parents alike!

The spacious villa features an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, creating the perfect atmosphere for cooking that special meal. The dining and living room open up to the kitchen providing the perfect entertaining space. The Living Room features a smart TV, and an Alexa-powered Marshall speaker which provides a wonderful place to relax and make memories.

The sliding doors open to a backyard patio, where your family and friends can enjoy the private pool, fully equipped bbq grill and outdoor entertaining space. We've added a large fire table perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening smores!

You are welcome to enjoy the Mavila Community pool, jacuzzi, shaded seating, as well as paths for walking and biking. If you feel like going beyond the Village, hop into your car (or our cart!) to the Quivira Club House, The Market at Sunset Beach or either of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts (Sunset, & Pacifica) and enjoy wonderful breakfast, brunches, lunch and fine dining options at a 20% discount!

The Neighborhood:
Mavila is nestled within Quivira, a gated, upscale luxury development just 20 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. This exclusive enclave is home to the Quivira Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, one of the premier courses in Latin America. Nearby, you'll find two distinct Pueblo Bonito resorts: Sunset Beach, a family-friendly haven, and Pacifica, an adults-only sanctuary.

Getting Around:
We strongly recommend that our guests rent a car, as transportation options to nearby downtown areas, communities, or resorts are limited mainly to taxis. Please note that Uber is not permitted for pick-ups within the community, although drop-offs are allowed if you take an Uber from town. An alternative for getting around within the Quivira community is by taxi, which typically charges $10 USD for a ride from Mavila to the Pueblo Bonito Sunset and Pacífica.

Mavila enjoys a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. We ask that all guests respect our neighbors and the quiet hours starting at 10:00pm. Mavila is a non-smoking community. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any common areas, including the community pool and green spaces. Smoking is allowed only on the villa's terrace.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
