The Space:
Upon entering this incredible 3BR House, a modern and open flowing living room awaits you with great style and decor, a smart television with Roku TV and a large sofa to relax and feel at home. A dining area with a nice table and a fully equipped kitchen, including cookware, microwave and oven to cook the best meals.

We offer 3 (Three) Bedrooms, one with a King Bed, and two other bedrooms with one Queen Bed each. All with plush pillows and large windows to let the natural light cover every inch of the cozy decoration. There's also additional air mattresses to accommodate up to 8 people. The house has two bathrooms, one offering a luxurious hot tub and the other a stand-up shower with great hot water pressure. Fresh towels, soaps and shampoos are included for your maximum comfort.

Outside, the fresh garden, classy furniture, barbecue grill and private pool are expecting you and your loved ones to enjoy, relax and have the best stay in Los Angeles!

Guest Access:

Allowing you the convenience of the city to be just minutes from major freeways that take you anywhere in Los Angeles, while enjoying the peacefulness of a residential area.

Other Things to Note:
1. If possible, a late check-out can be arranged upon request, with an additional fee of $177.
2. Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smell or trace of smoke, you will be subject to a fine of $500.
3. No parties are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $4,000 and/or eviction.
4. The presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered non-compliance with house rules and will result in additional fines of $400 per guest and/or eviction.
5. Filming, photoshoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized productions will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.

PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $59 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.

JACUZZI:
There is a $59 fee per stay to heat the jacuzzi, please let us know if you'd like to use it, and we can send in a request to pay this fee.

POOL:
Pool heating: we can arrange for the pool to be heated – there's a fee of $295 for 48hs. After 48 hours, the pool heating fee for each day thereafter will be $118. Please reach out with your request at least 1 week before check-in.
