Great Relaxing Stay

Great property! Had everything we needed in the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having coffee and at night watching the sun go down. Would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a nice relaxing beach vacation.

This resort was outstanding with an excellent location. Cleanliness of the rooms were perfect. The only issue I had was the ongoing construction that was informed to me ahead of time and a discount was provided, it didn't stop my family from enjoying the time we had there. I would definitely recommend this condo. I will definitely return to this resort in the future. 5 star in my opinion

CBC at Sand Key is a great place. Well appointed condo and quite beach yet close enough to Clearwater Beach activity north and other areas south. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Great property and excellent communication. We were told that there was construction when booked, but was not prepared for the hassle of the parking garage with construction. It was blocked off in areas and although our truck fit, it was not fun trying to find parking spots. Also, having to hear construction in the mornings and even hearing it on the beach at times was a little annoying. I loved that the beach was private and not crowded.

Beautiful and Peaceful Clearwater Beach

The condo was clean and spacious and had all the needed items to enjoy cooking dinners in for the family. The location of the condo was perfect and peaceful but close enough to catch a trolly or take a short drive to the action in Clearwater Beach main area. Having only 2 FOBs to access the pool and beach and indoor weight room or hot tub for 6 different people was challenging sometimes but we made it work - and had a wonderful week overall.

Beautiful Condominium!

This condo has beautiful furnishings and is very clean! The kitchen has all the utensils, small appliances, cookware & tableware you will need. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beach and pleased to find a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas & toys.

Home away from home

This property is clean, quiet and cute as a button! The views of the ocean (well - gulf) are spectacular and sitting out on the balcony was relaxing (I recommend the rocking Muskoka/Adirondack chair). The balcony is sheltered from the wind which makes it the perfect outdoor space. The master bed was super comfy as were the living room sofas. It was thoughtfully decorated (it matters!) and the kitchen spacious and full of everything you'd need. The property managers were quickly responsive. The pool was warm and large with lots of lounges on the deck. We loved it here and would stay here again.
