It’s the little touches that make the difference and this unit had them all: plush towels, plenty of pillows, throws at hand, even heavy flatware . If we needed it in the kitchen, it was there. Everything immaculate not only in the unit but in the whole complex. Definitely a gem!

Crescent Beach Club stay was overall a great stay for my husband and I! There were lots of pros and a few minor/ moderate cons. The area in Belleaire Beach is nice with a private beach just for those staying in condos along the beach, and away from the major traffic/ partiers in Clearwater Beach. We had some rainy days, so we used the indoor sauna, steam room, hot tub (there was also a billiard room, very nice fitness area.) There was also an outdoor hot tub, pool and totally beach front. The area has lots of restaurants along Gulf Blvd and just a short drive to Tarpon Springs, St. Pete Beach, and other small beaches. Our room was clean and perfect for the two of us. A few minor inconveniences, which was a toilet that ran all the time, and you had to come back and jiggle the handle. The guest shower was set up oddly and with glass walls that didn't go down to the floor, so water always went on the floor. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, so you have to go buy more depending on how many people, etc. Seems like a minor thing that should be included. Parking; there was construction going on so the area where you were supposed to park became an area for the construction workers' cars, and a lot of spaces were taken up on the 1st floor with construction. So, it was hard to find parking you were allowed to park in most of the time. We even had to move our car one morning after a call. Also, while laying by the pool a couple days, the entire time we were down there, a jackhammer was running. Easily remedied by headphones, but worth mentioning. Also, about a month before our stay, we switched the condo we were staying at that was another of the Airbnb's rental properties because the pool that was slated to be open by our vacation was not going to be done in time. I would think the price of the former could have been honored, but it wasn't and we had to pay the higher price after switching to Crescent Beach Club so we could have a pool on a Florida vacation. The amenities at the CBC were very nice though and well worth the price.

PERFECT PLACEMENT

Thank you to Sandy Feet for listening to my requests and suggesting this condo for the 2 of us. Upon walking into this condo I knew our vacation time would be perfect. Our favorite was the large balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub and then a short distance on to the beach and water. What a wonderful view..We were fortunate to see a wedding and a man playing the bagpipes and the dancing dolphins all from our balcony. The clubhouse, pool and the entire grounds were all immaculate. Our condo was clean and all the furniture was in great condition. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, if you so desired. Thanks again to Sandy Feet for sending a lists of restaurants and things to do while visiting the area. The condo location was convenient for walking the beach or walking to restaurants and easy to get around in a car, even with Spring Breaker crowds. Lots of places to visit and water activities to take advantage of. The check in and check out all worked very smoothly because Sandy Feet had followed thru with every little possible thing we needed to know. Looking Forward to a return. Thank You

Condo was as advertised. Worked well for our family of 4. Master bed was comfortable. Sofa bed slept an 11 and 13 year old decently. View was excellent. A few items to note. AC was louder than expected and ran often (was typical Florida heat in July), futon cannot be used as a bed (might fit a 5-8 year old), overall place could use some updating, kitchen could have used some plastic items rather than all glass. Parking and noise due to balcony construction was a bit of a hassle but this was noted and as described in description prior to renting. Response about AC noise and constant running was very good. All in all it was a good location and nice facility. We would recommend to other small families for a beach getaway.
