Vores condo kompleks er under opførelse, og jeg kan ikke sige, hvad der vil og vil ikke være åben som konstruktion og sikkerhed vil diktere hvad der er åbent. Arbejdet på taget er startet. I øjeblikket er den østlige strandadgang åben med fitnesscentret, poolbad og 1/2 parkering, men ingen bassiner. Den eneste facilitet jeg kan garantere er fri brug af et sæt BEACH CHAISES med paraply, da jeg køber det til mine gæster. Jeg har tendens til at tro, at puljerne ikke åbnes i år til 31. oktober ..
Hvad der er åbent nu, er måske ikke åbent, når du ankommer. Parkering er begrænset, men meget lejer ikke, så du vil nok have plads, men kan heller ikke garantere det. Hvis du skal parkere på City lot nær Ripley, vil jeg refundere med modtagelse af parkering. Jeg tror ikke, at dette vil være et problem, da du ikke er tidspunkter, og partiet har i øjeblikket mange pladser.
Der er en chance du måske endda skal parkere på bypartiet af Ripleys ELLER se, er Walmart vil lade dig parkere i deres parti. Jeg tror ikke, at dette vil ske, da mange mennesker havde mere skade og ikke lejer. Hvad der er åbent nu, kan lukke senere på grund af konstruktion.

Vores ottende etage, forreste type 'C' Condo med udsigt over en af ?? tre pools med en betagende udsigt over Mexicos golf og det er hvide sandstrande.
Alle værelser er nyligt renoveret. Soveværelset var tæpper erstattet med porcelæn fliser og ny opbevarings seng i 2016. Dette er et ikke-ryger Lejlighed i stor tilstand. Enheden har loft fans i stuen og soveværelset, klinkegulve i alle rum undtagen soveværelset, og meget mere. Håndklæder og sengetøj er forudsat, så alt hvad du behøver at medbringe er din badehåndklæde og solbrændt lotion!
Gratis Wifi adgang sammen med Roku adgang i stuen. Vores Amazon Prime-konto er oprettet, så du kan se tv og film til rådighed på prime.
Placeret på Thomas Drive. Den Sunbird har masser at byde på med restauranter såsom Pineapple Willies og Pompanos. Signal Hill Golf Course, Ripley's Believe It or Not og WonderHouse er inden for gåafstand.
Conviently ligger inden for gåafstand til Superwalmart.

Family time at Sunbird

Summer Vacation

We we really enjoyed our stay at PCB in this condo. Linda was very nice and helpful. The location was great. The cleanliness was good. Location was great and and the amenities were awesome!! We really enjoyed the chase, lounges and umbrella every day by the beach. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Wonderful condo!

Sometimes owners pump up the description to lure you in but this one was accurate. Clean condo, kitchen had all the items you'd need for meal making. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this condo. My favorite part was listening to the waves from our personal balcony!!

Amazing Time

The condo was perfect for our stay. Great size for two people. The condo was really clean and lovely furnished. Linda was wonderful to e-mail us and answer any questions we had. We had a great time with wonderful weather and really enjoyed our stay there. Pineapple Willy's being next door was a great bonus for a quick lunch or drink. We will definitely consider coming back to this condo and Panama City Beach.

Best vacation and condo we ever rented in PCB

We rented from the owner not the resort and from start to finish, it was amazing. The resort is in an excellent location. The condo was equipped with everything that my family needed and wanted during our stay. The view was fabulous and we saw dolphins several different times in the afternoons from the balcony. We visit PCB a few times a year and this was by far our best vacation. The condo was SUPER clean. In fact, it was one of the cleanest condos that we've ever stayed in. Super duper clean and smelled refreshing when we checked in. I can not complain on one thing. We will be returning next year. Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful, clean and amazing condo.

Awesome escape for a couple's getaway

We stayed four nights in late June 2019. Construction was noticeable but not really a big deal. It made the walk from the condo to the beach a bit inconvenient (having to walk around fencing) but that was only frustrating the one time it was raining. The plus side was that I think many people were scared away because of the construction so the elevators never took long to get to us and it never felt crowded. Two of the three pools were open. We loved how close it was to Pineapple Willy's and few other restaurants. The free beach set-up was a nice touch and is honestly what made me select this condo over a few others. Kitchen was adequately stocked. View was AMAZING! One suggestion...a few heavier/warmer blankets would have been nice. I think I would have slept better with something more than a light quilt and a sheet. If there were heavier blankets there that I didn't find (I did look) then I apologize for mentioning it. Owner was super great to work with. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Thank you for the kind words. I do have blankets there. Trouble is they always seem to get moved. I think last time we were there, they were in the lindy box (coffee table), but I have also seen them in the closet on top in the BR. Other guests have told that they find them in the bed base drawers or even the dresser drawers in both the LR and BR. Not sure if you looked in all those places and wish I could say they are always in a certain area. TY for your comments and will be sure to check on this in case something has changed.

Great condo with a amazing view!

The rental process was very easy, and I was happy to be able to converse with the owners as needed. They were very responsive and available. The condo was perfect. It was very cute and homey! It had everything we needed, and it felt like home. I can't say enough about the beautiful view from the balcony and the beach front access. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. The parking lot was gated and monitored, so we felt safe and secure. Good location in PCB. I don't think we could have asked for anything better for our first trip to Florida! We would definitely rent this condo again.

Linda was very pleasant to rent from and the condo was amazing! I’ve rented from this website since 2010 and she was the best to rent from. The room was clean and you can’t beat the view! Thanks for the much needed vacation!

Great condo & location. Property manager is very attentive.

This condo has a great view and is very nice. Plenty of dishes, cups, pans, etc. Also has a play station you can use. Decent collection of books to choose from. I actually read one while I was there. It did include beach chairs (saved some money). I had no issues with parking or anything else related to the construction that is going on. Don't let that deter you from renting this property. Great place to stay!!!

We could not have stayed at a more beautiful Condo. As you can see from the Balcony picture our view was AMAZING. Condo was so clean. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me, best sleep I have had in years. Everything was there for you in the condo, and you never had to leave to gated complex. Restaurants and stores at you fingertips. Plan on taking my Mother next Christmas. Hoping to stay at this exact Condo. Thank you Linda

Great room and view!

This is a nice room right on the beach. We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. Very clean and well kept pools also. Linda makes things so easy all you have to worry about is relaxing.

Very Nice Beachfront Property

Cute place with a great view off the balcony of the ocean! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and see dolphins in the morning and still feel like we were on the beach when we were in the condo for meals, etc. Wonderful location, close to Walmart so we could get food to prepare in the well stocked kitchen and close to Shell Island and other activities. Pretty much had everything we needed! Owner very nice and quickly responded to anything we contacted her about. Even had a supply of books and DVD which were nice to utilize while we were there. 3 pools to use that were lovely and nice to use when we didn't want to be in the ocean. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and would certainly go back!!

GREAT VIEW!!!!

We just returned from our vacation and could not stop talking about what a great time we had. Honestly we don't have any complaints about the condo.....the views were excellant, everything we needed was there and the beach was excellant. The only downfall was the construction around the condo but other than that we had an amazing time. Thanks Linda!

Thank you for the kind words. The construction is suppose to be done this year last I heard. The are going to put in bike lanes and a trolley lane not to mention some nice landscaping. They do seem to move awfully slow though.

My husband and I had been looking for a place for a couple years in Arizona before we bought our condo in Panama City Beach. We decided on Panama City Beach at the time because you could still get reasonably priced condos on the Gulf compared to other parts of Florida. We are very glad we did and enjoy using our condo and renting it out when we are not using it.

Our favorite part of owning this condo is the balcony. It is a private balcony and we just love sitting out be it just enjoying our coffee in the morning or watching the beautiful sunsets. It is also very nice on cool days when the sun is out as facing the gulf, we are blocked from the cooler Northern breeze. There are many golf courses nearby with one being practically across the street. Last, but not least is the Beach. Beautiful white sand and Emerald green waters.
