Fabulous. Right inside Baytowne Wharf. Many activities for kids, great restaurants. Good band Wednesday night we could watch from the balcony. Very clean room and nicely decorated!

Great location

The suite was excellent and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was prefect with a balcony overlooking the event area. Will definitely look at staying again.

The condo is compact, but thoughtfully laid out and furnished. There is plenty of room to navigate around in it and I would think a family of four, as long as the children were younger would work just fine. The unit is showing some signs of wear and looks like it's ready for its end of season deep clean. That being said, the bed was comfortable, the linens were clean and cozy and there were plenty of supplies to have lasted several days for my husband and I. The view of the stage was wide open from the balcony, which was very large and spacious and would be an enjoyable location to spend mornings or evenings. The downside of the unit for us was the check-in process, from being picked up at the marina to taken to our unit, the process was a fiasco. We have stayed at the marina on our boat several times and have noticed the facilities going downhill on every visit. We will not be back again, everything is in need of updating and there were some safety issues that if not addressed are going to end up getting someone hurt.
