Beachcomber er et stort tre soveværelser, tre badeværelser hjem med mange ekstramateriale. Master suite vender ud mod havet og har privat gårdhave adgang, en kingsize-seng, dekorativ pejs og privat bad med dobbelt håndvask, stort brusebad med bænke og to bruserhoveder. Det andet soveværelse, også på havsiden, har to dobbeltsenge og et TV / VCR. Det tredje soveværelse har en queensize-seng og er placeret ved siden af det andet badeværelse, der har et stort walk-in bruser. Det rummelige store værelse har en fabelagtig udsigt over Cortezhavet, har en våd bar med vask og køleskab i fuld størrelse, en dekorativ pejs, masser af siddepladser, satellit-tv, CD og trådløst internet. Et usædvanligt træk ved dette hus er dets separate spisestue med rigelig plads til alle otte gæster. Ved siden af spisestuen er køkkenet, der er fuldt udstyret med alle større apparater, inklusive en opvaskemaskine, bortskaffelse af affald, madlavningsø med vask og bortskaffelse, kaffemaskine, blender, mikroovn, brødrister og et andet spiseplads. This house was great except water pressure in 2 of 3 bathroom showers was a drip. There was also mildew around faucets. The third bedroom was very cold.

The house was very nice. It's an older home that needs some repairs, but the location is fantastic. Our stay was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own spices, including salt and pepper, there is not any there, but the shakers are. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Would absolutely book it again.

Excellent stay! Unfortunately, Not this home! The home listed here was more than disappointing, but thanks to the amazing team and the host, we were moved to a home twice the size. Even more beautiful than expected. So, thanks to everyone here at las conchas!

On the beach

The house was on the beach it was a nice area especially when the tide is high. There is quite a bit coral in the area, made it a bit hard to swim. Pretty overall

Everything was perfect

The place is gorgeous! We were loving our stay. Unfortunately we went as they were shutting down the world due to the Coronavirus. The owners are going to credit us the 2 nights we didn’t get to stay. We thought the place was perfect and can not wait to go back.

perfect beach

The kitchen was not equipped, broken electric can opener and also dirty broken blender. Not enough towels or kitchen towels. The house is really run down. The photos were not accurate. The patio showed a nice table that sits 8 like the house can host. It only had 4 chairs. The steps to the beach were deteriorating badly causing a hazard. I have been renting houses in Las Conchas for 20 some years and had never been so disappointed. I am always in charge of renting the house for our girls trip and I was embarrassed when we arrived.My friends were all disappointed and said let’s never stay here again. Very upset to be missed guided by VRBO!!

Location was perfect. House needs some love. Faucets not working, roof leak in one bedroom, no hot water, low water pressure. Advertised outdoor shower that didn’t work. Refrigerator froze everything even after we turned it down twice. Not major issues, but for the price, would expect better. Got stuck in the driveway after a rain. Good thing I had a truck, if we had the wife’s car, would have need d a tow! In spite of that, we still had a good time. A really great location

The good: Great location right on the beach. Set up of the house is good with bar area separate from kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. The upper deck is fantastic at night and made the bad much more bearable.The bad: The house needs some major attention; which is understandable from a beach house in Rocky Point. But have stayed at several houses in Los Conchas, and this one definitely needs a little more attention than others. 2 of the 3 showers did not work. One just leaked the entire time we were there. No hot water throughout the entire house. Patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired. There are several broken tiles on the patio that don't go well with bare feet. Access to the beach looks great, but there is a major drop off from the stairs to the sand. Very rocky beach area. And the worst part is dealing with Oceana Rentals which is who manages the house. After confirming with us that we could check in early, we show up at 12 noon as scheduled and are told that the house won't be ready until at least 3. But good news... "we won't charge you for the early check-in!" And when we were finally able to get into the house, it was obvious that nobody had been there in quite some time. Then during the stay when we tried to call about the showers not working, plus the one that just kept leaking, we were told somebody would be right there. Nobody ever showed up the remaining 2 days we were there. Cannot recommend staying here, largely based on Oceana.

The house was nice. Not in the best condition but it absolutely compared with rentals we have had in the past. The air conditioning was not as cold as we would have preferred. We planned a dinner to use the grill outside but neither the gas or charcoal grill was functioning. We had to go to a restaurant instead. I was told that the house had a standard coffee maker so we brought coffee grounds and filters only to find out the house had a kuerig machine. We went to Walmart but they didn’t have what we needed. We called the management office and they were wonderful and brought us a new one that was great. The view of the ocean was beautiful! We loved to location of the house. Coffee on the back deck in the morning and watching the sunrise with the wildlife was definitely our highlight!!

Please read the reviews before booking this house. Absolutely the most broken down house we have ever rented in Mexico. This house needs some serious upkeep, there were water pressure issues in the master bathroom shower and the Kitchen sink. The master door wouldn’t open to the patio/beach, there are zero cleaning supplies including a broom, mop, washer/dryer etc The dishwasher couldn’t be used (no detergent) the Furnature was Disgusting both of the couches need thrown away you could not even sit on them without putting a blanket down first. Our checkin time was about an hour and a half late due to it not being cleaned in time. Out of the three bathrooms the one closest to the kitchen couldn’t be used because the shower knob was broken, the guest bathroom had mold growing in it. The pots and pans were old and just abused- the entire kitchen needs a reset with fresh pots, pans and appliances they were all falling apart including the refrigerator, the door would not close properly. The decor was miss matched, dusty and cluttered. I think guest would take better care of your home if you provided supplies to keep it clean especially when someone is staying for a week- they need the basic cleaning necessities specifically a broom. The view and beach access was great.

Nice for the price.

Nice home, had to find circuit breakers to reset for some rooms. Lots of rocks on this part of the Las Conchas beach.

Ehhh average!! Poor water pressure.

Check in was at 4 pm. Cleaning staff did not leave until 630 pm. Cleaning from whoever stayed prior to our group. Maintenance guy was also there trying to fix the bathroom sink. For more than two hours we did not get our privacy. On a positive note…. distance from house to beach is short. I also noticed that Rocky Point felt very safe this time around. Police were very laid back non present.
