With an unbeatable location - minutes away from Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops! Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!



The Space:

This elegant studio features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, a renovated modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!



The space is perfect for small groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to four (4) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!



BED SPACE

The studio has two (2) beds and sleeps a total of 4 guests.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.



KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.



PARKING

There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.



OTHER AMENITIES

• The Studio comes with a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, a nice Juliet balcony, shared washer and dryer.

SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES

Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have sole use of the flat during the stay.

The Upper East Side is renowned for being one of the most posh neighborhoods in New York City. Stroll through Central Museum, visit Museum Mile, and explore the countless local restaurants and specialty boutiques.

Getting Around:

Conveniently located very close (about 5 min walk) to the 59th St and Lexington Ave., plus Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!

• The washer and dryer are shared among other guests of the same floor.

• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
