An oasis in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos and, minutes from famed Grace Bay and Long Bay beach. Swim right off the private boat dock, ride into the town just a short 6-minute away to over forty restaurants and bars, supermarket, casinos, excursions, and Jamaican patties. This five-bedroom, four-bathroom villa estate spans three separate pavilions. We cannot wait to share with you all the upgrades we have made—such a spectacular place to relax.

The villa is in a gated beach community with security cameras along the roadways. All beach access is public, and parking is free. Two security zones at the front and back entrances to the Leeward Community are manned at night.

The rate advertised is for up to 10 persons - 4 bedrooms, Main Pavilion, and canal-side pavilion.
Additional guests incur additional fees; the rate will increase once 11 to 12 persons are noted; the Petite Blu Cottage will be included in the total estate rental.

Privacy - The entire estate is yours for the duration of your stay;. no one lives onsite. Our Villa Ambassador and your Concierge of TCI Blue live minutes away and is on call throughout your stay should you have any questions or concerns.

The space
Bellaugio-Blu sits in a lush garden and enjoys a waterfront, 2 pools and water and garden views - an island getaway for turtle-watching, paddle boarding, swimming, or private boat tours. Clean, bright, and cozy.

The Main Building has 3 Queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, full living and dining, and a kitchen. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Bellagio Cottage (off the main house overlooks the main pool and canal) - 2 bunk beds each with double size beds, one bath, kitchenette

Blu Cottage -(near the entrance to the villa, garden views) 1 Queen bedroom, one bath, kitchen, private pool
