Perfectly located unit with a view of the surf break from a La-Z-Boy!

The unit was clean and conveniently located on the ground floor. We came for a surfing vacation and had a great time. You can walk to three different surf breaks when you stay here, and our favorite break was located right in front of this unit!

Nice beach condo. Property has lots of rules that can be a bit obnoxious.

Awake to surfers, whales & waves

Very clean, nicely decorated condo. All the residence & fellow guests were nice. A quick Uber away from downtown San Jose del Cabo. Beach is not very swimable.

Great location so relaxing!

Our condo was just steps from the pool. We had a fabulous view of the ocean from our patio-great for sunrises & sunsets! The condo was super comfortable, clean & well equipped. The other guests/owners were very friendly. Communication with the owners was excellent! Great experience!

What a fun stay. Perfect angle to see “The Rock”. Close to the jacuzzi’s. I have stayed at las olas many times. This is the nicest one by far. Thanks for letting me stay -Aaron

Las Olas Surf HQ

This unit was great.Fresh remodel, super clean, hosts are super responsive and available.Surfed at 5:30 am by stepping out on the first floor and onto the beach.Post surf pool rinse and sauna stretch. No place quite like it in the area known as aquapulquito!

Early morning surf sessions just steps from the beach sound incredible—and we’re happy you made the most of the warm shower in the unit and a relaxing soak in the heated pool and jacuzzi afterward. Just to clarify for future guests: while there isn’t a sauna on the property, there is a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a small gym. Best stay ever

The condo is beautifully located just in front of our favorite surf break, “the rock “. The condo is beautifully decorated, it was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The bed is very comfortable. There is a lovely patio that overlooks the ocean and the beautiful pool in the complex. There is a little barbecue pit on the patio. The complex is very close to the large grocery store and other shops. The beach out front is amazing. Beautiful long miles of sand to walk on. You can swim in the ocean just out front. It is very calm. This is one of my favorite stays at this complex. I highly recommend and would love to go back anytime.
