Hi Tracy, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with Benchmark at Grand Playa. The HOA is aware the skimmers have not been working and are currently in the process of being repaired. Thank you for your kind review! We are always pleased to hear that guests enjoy the Grand Playa complex as much as we do. The proximity to Seaside, the variety of nearby restaurants, and the beachfront pool truly make this location special. We are glad you found unit 401 spacious and well-decorated. Thank you so much for the 5-star review and for staying with us at our Seagrove Beach condo! We’re glad you had a great visit overall. We’re sorry for the frustration around golf cart parking. We have to follow the HOA’s rules for the complex, which can limit where carts may be parked—even when occupancy appears low. That said, we could have communicated the approved options more clearly. We’ve updated our pre-arrival guide and internal notes so future guests have step-by-step parking guidance (including nearby paid alternatives when needed). We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back soon. If you plan to bring a cart on your next stay, please reach out before arrival and we’ll confirm the best parking plan for your dates.
