Wonderful property. The assigned parking spot is challenging, so we wound up using a visitor parking place for convenience. Everything we needed was included. As I said, a wonderful property and perfect for my wife and I. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful condo easy walk to the beach!

My family loved this cute, updated condo. It has clean and comfortable amenities, and it's such an easy walk to beach access 24. My family has been coming to Amelia for years, and this is one of our favorite locations. Plus, it's pet-friendly! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. It was a great property and very well maintained. All features were in working order and the property was well-prepared for our arrival. Host is very responsive (less than 5 minute response to my message).

This unit is exactly what the listing shows & met our expectations well! One of the best parts of this unit is its location- it’s not in the middle of all the crowds but close enough to everything. We normally stay oceanfront so I was concerned about distance to the beach. This unit is in THE PERFECT location! The walk is direct & short! The beach was not crowded- busy, but not crowded- in this part (which is a big deal for me).Suggestions we have are to be explicit on parking- it took us a bit to figure out where our spot was because it’s not located in the main parking lot (which is where GPS leads). We also weren’t clear on trash/recycling & where that went.We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend this unit! You won’t regret it!

This condo could not be in a better location. Because of where it is in the neighborhood, you were able to go out a back entrance and it is a really quick walk to the beach. It is also close to the pool, tennis courts, and fire pit in the neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our family at five. The kitchen is probably the best stopped I have ever had in a rental. Tons of pots and pans, utensils, etc. Everything was clean and the host were very generous with starter items such as trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods etc.

Thank you Kate for the wonderful review! We're so glad your family had a comfortable stay and that you found everything you needed for an enjoyable vacation. We put a lot of care into stocking the home and providing thoughtful starter supplies, so it's great to know those details made a difference. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back for another stay!
