Lovely and peaceful resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very cute and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Can’t wait to go back again. We stayed at the Gulf villas. The only thing that I would like to see different is ceiling fans in the bedrooms, get a little stuffy in there. You can’t adjust the air conditioning setting and it just doesn’t get cool enough in the bedrooms.

Beware of Noise

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was clean and updated and had everything we needed. The resort was well maintained. Unfortunately, the floor of the unit above us in the golf villas was so thin we could hear every step they took. They had three small children who ran around all night. This disrupted our sleep every night significantly. When I contacted management, they did nothing.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 31. jul. 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're happy to hear the unit met your needs and that you found everything clean, updated, and well maintained. It’s great to know the resort itself left a good impression. That said, we're truly sorry for the noise disturbance from the unit above and the impact it had on your stay. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when it affects your rest. While some noise can be hard to control in multi-unit buildings, we regret that you felt your concerns weren’t properly addressed.
