* No tax is required for 30 days and longer rentals.
All adult house occupants must provide a PHOTO ID prior arrival to complete the check-in process. Photo IDs must be sent by email to: guitarscorpio@gmail.com
* Supply of LP propane is included for the first month occupancy. The electricity is included with up to $700 per month allowance. Any amount over this allowance must be paid by the guest after check-out.

* Minimum age to contract rent: 25 years old.

* No parties or events allowed.

* No smoking

* No pets are allowed however, if you have a Pet, please inquire for approval.

The house features 4 private separate bedroom suites: Three (3) bedroom suites, each with one (1) Queen size bed. Total: three (3) Queen beds.

Plus,
One non-conforming (less than 7 feet height ceiling) bedroom and bathroom suite with one (1) full size bed
