Our newly built guesthouse is perfect for you, if you want to be near the vibrant energy of Hollywood while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a secluded retreat. Conveniently located near the studios, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, Griffith Park, public transit, and major thoroughfares, it offers the ideal balance of accessibility and tranquility.
This thoughtfully designed guesthouse blends comfort and luxury. It features a cozy king-sized bed with a memory foam topper, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. For an additional guest, a folding twin bed can be provided in the spacious living room, which boasts a double-height ceiling and a stunning chandelier, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Mediterranean-style bathroom adds a touch of elegance, and the private laundry room offers added convenience.
The kitchen and dining area are generously sized, though please note there is no stove or range. Outside, relax at a charming European-style coffee table in the beautifully landscaped front yard. This guesthouse combines modern amenities with timeless charm, making it the perfect retreat.
