Welcome you to our cabin, nestled in the beautiful Sequoia Natuonal Forest. There is so much natural beauty to experience in Kings Canyon and Sequoia. The cabin is located on 3 acres, surrounded by natural scenery. While you’re here visiting you can enjoy world famous hikes, rivers, and all the beaty that is Sequoia and Kings Canyon.
We hope that your visit is not only for you to experience Kings Canyon. and Sequoia national forests, but to have a relaxing vacation at the cabin. Walking your furr babies on 3 acres, admiring the stars at night, or simply coming home from a great day of adventures, relaxing and having a glass of wine or a beer and grilling your favorite food.
In the evening you can settle in and stream your favorite shows on our 2 flat screen TVs. Our cabin offers high speed internet 200Mbps(Stralink Satelite) with two flat screen TVS, both including Netflix, HBO Max, and YouTube TV, and many more streaming services. . There are also board games(monopoly, jenga, Uno, cards for you and your family or friends to enjoy.
For the sports fan in the family, YouTube TV is available for any sporting events and live TV.
During fall you can come back to the cabin from a day of adventures, relax, grill some food, enjoy watching your favorite team with NFL SUNDAY TICKET 🏈 provided to you at no extra charge.
Please remember to bring all your groceries as there are no grocery stores nearby. We have a fully functional kitchen, and a Weber grill for anything you may want to cook.
Pinehurst lodge is a Bar & Grill located just five minutes from the cabin. The menu and hours of operation is provided for you at the cabin. (seasonal hours)
During your stay keep an eye out for deer on the property with your morning coffee, as they like to roam the properry frequently. You will see our neighbors roosters running around on the property, and they will be your alarm clock, at 5.30am. In the evening Relax with a glass of wine on the patio and listen to the crickets and frogs, and watch the stars.
(PLEASE NOTE: Hwy 245 from the cabin connecting to highway 180 is CURRENTLY CLOSED. To get to King’s Canyon from the cabin you would have to take Todd Eymann Rd through Miramonte to Hwy 180, which amounts to a 35 minute drive to the entrance of Kings Canyon. You can also take Dunlap Rd to the 180 which will take a bit longer.
There has been no update from Caltrans as to when Hwy 245 will reopen.)

at the entrance of the property. You can remove it from the left side and leave it off to the side during your stay.
There is a lock box which holds the key to the front door to the cabin.
Please also take note: Although our bathroom is a decent size,
our shower is 30 inches by 30 inches and if you are over 6’2 you may find it a bit small.
The wall unit AC unit also has heating for the living room and kitchen. When using the HEATER after it is turned off it will CONTINUE TO RUN to cool down the coils. There are 2 space heaters for each bedroom, and a fan in the living room. There is one outdoor camera located at the east end of the property facing the entrance for your safety.
