We are surprised, however, that many guests have had very positive experiences at the apartment. To date, we have 65 reviews with an average rating of 9.8/10, and the property is ranked by Vrbo in the “Top 10% of guest reviews in this area”, which typically reflects a high level of guest satisfaction. That said, we do respect guests’ opinion and regret that aspects of your stay fell short for you. This is not the standard we strive to provide. We have acted on the points that are manageable for us and informed the owner of your opinion on the sofa bed and washer. Your comments have been shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams. Regarding cleanliness, we would gladly have asked the cleaning company to send back the cleaning lady if you had informed us during your stay. Regarding the temperature, it’s worth noting that air conditioning is very rare in Paris apartments, except in hotels and some restaurants. During the heat wave, we would have been more than happy to provide additional fans if we had been made aware or if you had reached out to us. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
