Very lovely apartment! Very well appointed with everything we needed on hand. Close to everything, clean, easy access to the metro and bus lines. Neighborhood felt safe and family friendly!
Stairs could be a challenge for some people!!!

The location was very good! Easy walk to so many great sights. Easy to get to the metro for places

The location was very good! Easy walk to so many great sights. Easy to get to the metro for places that were a little further away. The apartment itself was small but perfect--had everything we needed and nice little complimentary items in the bathroom. There was even a washer and a dryer, which we didn't need at the time we were there but which would have been great earlier in the trip! Definitely a plus tho when traveling. The building was under some restoration which wasn't mentioned until we had secured the listing, but it didn't impact anything---stairs etc were taped down, things like that, but there was never any noise and it was only in the outside / hallway areas. The unit itself was great! The elevator was a huge plus (would have been almost impossible without it!) and lots of good places to eat nearby. Lots of great shopping minutes away on the Champs-Elysees. Definitely recommend.

In general the property is nearby public transportation and Champs-Élysées. However there were issue

In general the property is nearby public transportation and Champs-Élysées. However there were issues with property as follows: 1. We were not allowed to check-in early despite agreeing to pay additional charges. We were informed that there was another guest checking out and the oroperty needs to be prepared for our arrival. However, upon arrival, the property was not really clean as the floors were dusty and not signs of it being cleaned. 2. On our third day, we were shocked to find out that renovation works started in the entire building with painting, drilling, mechanical and electrical works. We were not only disturbed by the sound but alao the smell from the paint which cause my wife and kids to get ill. Even until now, my wife is still ill due to tye dust and the les from the paint. When we complained to the property manager, we were surprised that the property manager didn't know about the works. The notice was posted at the property dated 26.5.2025 and the property manager could have warned us earlier about this. The renovation works and the lack of notice of it is simply unacceptable.

The apartment was occupied just prior to your arrival, and unfortunately, we needed time to prepare it properly. That said, we’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet the expected standard, and we have followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure this is addressed. As for the renovation works, we fully understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this must have been. We were not given advance notice about the exact timing or scope of the building-wide work and were just as surprised by the notice. We regret that we couldn’t inform you ahead of time, your input helped us prevent such situations in the future. We always strive to respond to unexpected situations with understanding and fairness, and we hope the arrangement made after your stay reflected that.While we regret the conditions you encountered, we truly value your feedback and hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.
