Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Welcome to your updated bayview retreat at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This fifth-floor condo in Building 2 faces east and offers beautiful sunrise views over the back bay. The screened balcony provides a peaceful place to enjoy the morning light and the calming waterfront scenery. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafés, waterfront restaurants, and local shops all close by.



Inside, the condo features a nicely remodeled interior with a clean, modern, and comfortable feel. The space includes a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to help you settle in easily.



A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.



The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities around the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.

With its remodeled interior, peaceful bay views, and sunrise outlook, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay in Southwest Florida.

This unit is on the 5th floor of building 2 which is the second tower closest to the water.

This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.

There is an elevator in this building - only 1 works at this time

Beach access is right across the street.

Parking is free with a pass from the office.

This unit has a King bed and a sleeper sofa.
