The Space:

Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with amazing ocean views of the beautiful Playa Fortuna Beach. This cozy apartment is a two bedroom and two bath, perfect for a family getaway or if you're traveling with friends, honeymoon or any excuse that you may need to get away and escape to paradise! You are also right by one of the most famous spots In Puerto Rico to eat, "Los kioskos de Luquillo", I highly recommend you check out "La Parilla #2", and you are minutes from "El Yunque", the only Rain Forest in the United Sates!



Once you enter this lovely property, you will find a sophisticated and

comfortable living/dining room area with 55" Flat screen smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar. The dining table overlooks the amazing ocean views. Among the amenities included there is, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout the apartment for a more comfortable stay. The balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and Playa Fortuna Beach. The comfortable master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a split unit air-conditioner for a great night sleep. The Kitchen has a fully equipped glass stove top, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Host provided detailed descriptions, entry instructions, constant communication. Condo was walking distance to beautiful beach and food markets. Great location! Perfect for 2 couples or parents and 2 kids.

Perfect family getaway

Great spot for our family of six! The space was roomy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the 3rd floor balcony views were amazing—especially at sunrise. Just a short walk to the beach, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Super convenient and relaxing!

Most Amazing stay with best ocean view

This is the best place to spend your vacation. Private beach for Kids to enjoy the kids stuff. Most amazing place with best host. I would recommend this to everyone.

luquillo beach apt

the apt.was just as described. the directions to get into the building were easy. we liked that there were a lot of good places to eat that were walking distance,a couple big beaches too. a couple of big grocery stores nearby and close to a lot of attractions. I would definitely stay there again. I want to give a big thanks to the property owner for always promptly getting back to me if I had a questionkathy

Amazing view and ocean sounds

Incredible view! Great quiet location away from city. There is a small beach directly below property but the tide was too high during our stay to use it. No worries though luquillo beach is just minutes away. Recommend checking in during the day, it was difficult to find in the dark the first time.

The unit’s location is very good - situated facing the sea.The sound & sight of the waves was very pleasant. It is a short drive to the center of town & the beaches. The neighborhood has seen better days as has the building. The apartment looks luxurious in the photos- it’s not; it is tired. We were 2 couples in the small two bedroom place. Our host politely notified us that one of the two toilets needed repairs & that it would be taken care of before we got there but disappointedly it wasn’t fixed until the following afternoon. There was a dirty mottled lampshade in our bedroom, peeling paint & mold on the balcony. The refrigerator is rusting on the side facing the stovetop. The balcony fan didn’t work And the remote for the security gate was not functioning. The bedroom air conditioner remote didn’t work. The host did provide dishes & an old but working coffeemaker. Our host said we’d be charged for any makeup stains on the towels yet our bedsheets had black stains on them. We were instructed to take showers one by one because the hot water circuit couldn’t handle 2 showers going at the same time. The entire building & property could use a refresh. There is 1 communal washer/dryer available in the grubby small vestibule at top of the stairs to the roof.

Enjoyable and Great Location

Pros: Beach access, secure parking, amazing views, comfortable seating and sleeping areas, close proximity to bakery and restaurants, excellent communication from the owner who was very helpful and accommodating. Cons: no washer/dryer access, small sugar ants were present on check in, water from rain leaks through sliding door during windy/heavy rainstorms, had an issue with the hot water a few times which ended up being a popped circuit breaker. Overall we enjoyed the property and it was cleaned well on check in with the exception of the ants. The beach access is amazing, there’s a small bar on the beach if you head left along the beach towards the river… it’s open from 11-5 daily and was fun to get.a drink swim and mingle with the people on the Carabali horse back riding tour. There’s plenty of great options for food, close to grocery stores. I would stay again, price was reasonable for what you get.
