This was our second year staying here! It never disappoints! Great location, home is warm and inviting, and plenty of space. We love this house for our annual girls trip!

Family Time

What a great family holiday celebration! We were close enough to the beach to walk over every day; we were off the main street so there was very little traffic! The house was perfect..large rooms; the dining room table was spacious enough for meals and games and puzzles! Bedrooms were comfy and private. We would definitely stay here again!

We do an annual girls weekend with around 10 people. This house was wonderful! Great location, and space! Kitchen was supplied with all the necessities. Easy walk to beach!!

Spacious yet cozy

We were very impressed with this house. It was not a sterile rental, it felt like our own cozy house. It had everything we needed and enough room for the 7 of us & 2 dogs. We love to cook and the kitchen served all of us. The fences and back yard were well maintained and the dogs could not escape. We are talking about renting it again this summer and it will feel like coming home.

The homeowner provides spare bedspreads in each bedroom closet, and conducts a deep clean twice a year. Millie is a daycare dog but for this vacation she was very living her best llife. Made many friends on the beach.Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and brother were really great.The kitchen is wonderful. Includes a small counter top oven to help keep everything warm. The house was really nice and clean. We definitely recommend .

Although not striking on the exterior, the house is laid out very nicely and has everything you could need for a stay of any duration. We especially enjoyed the gas grill and easy beach access. The master BR was spacious and comfortable.The management Company was especially accommodating. The laundry dryer was not operational on arrival, and the manager representative met the appliance vendor with a replacement unit in less than 24 hours.

Distance to and paved public beach access was great! Very clean with updated amenities and plenty of room for everyone. All the available family games were a nice surprise! Was disappointed that the partial view shown in the Island Realty listing was now blocked by neighboring foliage - that view was a big factor in decision to rent this location. Would definitely recommend this property for families - kid and pet friendly!

Recommend writing all 3 codes and instructions on white board at bottom of stairs 2) Floors need to be mopped, first day, black feet after walking on 3) coffee pot needs to be replaced, leaks badly when pouring, upper ring with spout is not adhered to glass pot, can be lifted up, 4) Master bedroom, no bulb in ceiling fan making room very dark even with night stand and dresser lights on.

We are so sorry about the ceiling fan light going out and the floors. Please do not hesitate to notify our Maintenance and Housekeeping Department in the future, should you come across anything of concern. We are staffed daily to address minor maintenance and cleaning items, and would be happy to make things right. Since your departure, the coffee pot top has been snapped back into place, and the ceiling fan bulb has been replaced. Thank you for bringing these to our attention, we hope to serve you again in the future!
