The hosts were very prompt and helpful with answering our questions. The property is perfect for a family. Clean and roomy. Back porch was comfortable. The pool was right across the parking area.. The beautiful ocean was right after that The kids playground was used a few times by us. The kids loved it very much. Property is very close to grocery store, liquor, stores, and the drive into Nassau. I would recommend staying at this premises in future.

The hosts could not have been more responsive and the condo is great. It’s spacious enough for 6. 8 would be tight. You should know that this complex is on the south eastern part of the island and is not close to anything. You will be driving 40-50 minutes to get to any restaurants or beaches. The pool at the complex is very small and in between buildings. The beach is not great. It’s covered in seaweed. What’s worse is there is nonstop construction on the units in the complex, so sitting on the beach there is not relaxing. Consider what you want for a vacation. If the pretty Bahamas beaches are what matters to you, I’d look elsewhere. If you want a nice, spacious condo away from cruise passengers, this works. If you choose to stay here? definitely bring in Chef Everton for a great meal. That was a great suggestion by the hosts.

Dear Amy! We miss you already! Thanks for being great guests! Please note that none of the construction is on the Starfish isles area where are units are located, our block was the first to be built 12 years ago. Palm Cay is a new community, and have beautiful new units being constructed on the Marina but we have no noise and can’t see or hear construction from our Starfish block by the beach. Sorry for the rain the week when your group stayed, it brought some seaweed some mornings, but this is swept up by the gardeners every morning, if there is any seaweed at all. Atlantis and restaurants is a 15 minute drive. Time this to go out of traffic hours. You’ll get access to 20 restaurants on island! Come back soon! Hopefully the weather will cooperate better!

great town house for our family of 7, security was nice, felt very safe, wonderful beach with pool, close for all the trips we planned, everything the web site said it would be, thank you to everyone for letting us stay, would recommend with 5 stars

This is a wonderful property for a friend's or family vacation in the Palm Cay, Nassau area.Comfortable, all the amenities. Nice outdoor space as well. Steps from the beach and pool. Adjacent to marina and beach club. A few minutes from the local grocery store. The Hosts and Head of House were great, very accessible and good communication. I highly recommend this property.

This property is exceptional! Traveled with a group of eight and there was plenty of room. The Pink Octopus restaurant had amazing food, especially the lobster pasta. Definitely recommend doing the club membership to enjoy the pool and lounge chairs. The staff is very kind and attentive! If I could give it ten stars I would.

Perfect location

Short steps to the clubhouse and beach, Solomon’s right down the street for groceries and liquor. Quick ride to Paradise Island for additional activities!

The house was spacious for a group of 6. Its definitely on the other side of town. A rental car is most efficient. Cab ride is about 50 to 75 dollars. House definitely need some repairs. The 3rd floor has mold around the vents. It has a mold/mildew smell. The linens need to be replaced. The towels need to be replaced. The stairs don't have rails to support you going up. The washer/Dryer has issues. On another note house is walking distance to the beach. The restaurant on site has really good food. There is a Starbucks on property.

Thank you Joyce! Towels and sheets were all changed! All a/c units serviced! Guests leave windows and doors open so caused water build up and condensation. All good Painter also came in for touch up so nice and fresh! We are efficient and live in Palm Cay so the service is first class when needed!

Great place. Nice resort with good amenities. Restaurant and bar were very good. Use Wayz to get around. Google Maps had us in all kinds of compromising positions as Palm Cay is the last really nice part of New Providence Island before the not so nice part starts. If you leave in one direction it’s all older waterfront mansions. The other direction is different. But overall very happy!

Great stay!

This was the first vacation rental I’ve had where the property grounds were actually better than the pictures provided. The property had scenic views (sunrise ), nice pools, and a quality beach area. The unit itself was roomy and well appointed.

Amazing!

We had the best time in Palm Cay! Im already planning on going back! This townhouse is perfect for a large family. Its maybe 15 steps to the beach. The hosts were great with any problem that popped up!

Very beautiful space

My family stayed here and genuinely enjoyed their time. Very clean and well kept. Close to the beach. Easy check in. Great for families with people of different ages. Grateful to have been able to stay here.

Beautifully furnished villa . Bedroom layout was ideal for 5 adults and a child. Kitchen was completely equipped. We chose to buy local and make our meals. Beach was nice, not great. Pool was very quiet and perfect for us. Would consider staying here again and definitely in this villa!

Christmas in Paradise (Palm Cay!!)

This year we decided to take a beach vacation over the Christmas holiday and it was phenomenal! The weather was great, plenty of activities and tons of fun exploring the island learning Bahamian culture. Our villa hosted by Nicole and Lisa was pristine. They went out of our way to welcome us and even left us a Christmas gift! They checked in with us to make everything was good too. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
