Fabulous stay in a fabulous condo!

We have stayed at Edgewater for many years. This condo was by far one of the most beautiful ones. They thought of everything- beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and even some floats and beach toys were available for us to use. It was fantastic. It is decorated so nicely and makes you feel like you are on vacation - very beachy feel- loved it!

Great stay

The room was very nice! Shelly always answers back in a timely manner very polite easy to work with and made it all enjoyable. Had a great vacation and will return again next year.

Exceptional Condo

Best condo we have ever rented (we have been coming to the beach for over 50 years). Everything was as advertised or better. It’s hard to describe all the amenities and beautiful/comfortable furnishings.

A beach oasis!!

For us, it was the fine details that made this place perfect! When you see owners take so much pride in creating a retreat like this, you can't help but feel like home. Owners were very attentive when needed. The Condo: Beautifully set up, spacious and oh so comfortable! The beds and pillows were amazing. Enough space for our family of 5. The design, down to the simple placement of hooks, was so thought out that it fully utilized the space. The decor was gorgeous! Also the views were panoramic like, also enjoyed the balcony. It truly had a everything we needed for inside comforts and outside play. Appreciated that. The Resort: Great pools (pools in front of towers 2 and 3 were heated, large one in front of tower 1 was not) and hot tubs. My kids loved the pickleball courts and the beach volleyball net. The beach was magical. The Town: We had a great time doing the Sea Screamer Dolphin Cruise ($30), searching for shells at St. Andrews State Park ($8) and Top Golf (Thursdays 1/2 price after 9 pm). Definitely lots for families to do. Also, so convenient that Walmart is a 4 minute drive up the road. Would definitely come back!! We even stayed an extra night because we didn't want to leave.

Everything We Needed and More

Beautiful, updated, and spotless, lots of comfortable seating and no carpet which was so nice. 4 Adirondack chairs on balcony shaded from direct sun with great view of pool and beach was so relaxing and enjoyable at every minute of the day. Condo had absolutely everything needed, including nice beach chairs and sand toys. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and’s pillows. Updated bathrooms with nice towels and lots of hooks for hanging. Lots of storage. Granddaughter loved the full/twin hall bunk with nice lights, tv’s, and privacy curtain, absolutely loved this condo! Shelly, the host was a dream to deal with, responded to email and texts quickly, it truly was the best experience. Will definitely stay with Shelly again.

Everything was exceptional and the own Charley was always there if we had questions! Definitely will be back to stay there again. Absolutely perfect hands down the best condo we have stayed in ever!

Snowbirding in Red Sky Nights

We spent February and March in this fabulous condo, and we would not hesitate returning in the future. All rooms are sized with enough seating to accommodate you and your guests. The kitchen is well stocked, and the closet in the laundry area has an abundance of necessities for the beach (chairs, umbrella and towels, etc.). Aside from the unit, Shelly the owner, is great at keeping you informed of upcoming maintenance issues that will need to be addressed during your visit, so you won’t be taken by surprise.

Excellent Choice

We greatly enjoyed our stay here!! Property was clean and well furnished. Check-in process was super smooth and had several communications from the property manager they kept us well informed. Highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful, Clean Condo

This unit was the best one we have stayed in so far and we have been coming to PCB for 20+ years. The condo was clean, beautiful and the property manager/owner was very helpful and kind. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fall break 2024

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. Five stars in my book: the beds are comfortable, there were several beach chairs and toys in the condo available for guest to use, condo was newly renovated, owners were very responsive and we had amazing views. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo at great resort!

We loved our stay at Red Sky nights. Great location in tower 1 right on the beach with an amazing view from the 10th floor. The condo was perfect for sleeping our entire group and decor was so cute. Owners were easy to communicate with. It had everything we needed and resort had great amenities for all. aeveryone.

Edgewater Beach Resort

I’ve stayed at this wonderful resort several times. This is by far the best condo in the resort. It’s clean and nicely remodeled. Perfect for a family of 7-8. I will definetly come back and stay here.
