Located in Bonita Springs, this delightful apartment (Second floor) offers a serene escape for guests. With 1 cozy bedroom and a spacious living room with 1 sofa bed, this peaceful retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi and AC during your stay.
This unit is provided with all living essentials. Beach Towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc.
This unit is on the 2th floor of building 4 which is the tower closest to the beach.
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.
There is an elevator in this building - only 1 works at this time
Beach access is right across the street.
Parking is free with a pass from the office.
This unit has a King bed and one sofa bed.
No Smoking allowed at any time.
Parking: The managers office will provide a parking pass, this is free!
Things to do: Docs and Coconut Jacks are great restaurants next door. If you are looking to rent a boat, shop, or do any tours, we can help! Just ask one of our professionals and they will help lead the way.
Please note follow info: **ongoing construction on exterior of building and restoration on the property to rebuild from hurricane Ian. The pools are not available as well Tennis yards.
