Pool heat and spa settings are preset for safety and consistency, which is why controls are secured. When you reached out, our team did begin coordinating with the property team, and adjustments were made shortly after. That said, we agree communication around timing could have been clearer. Regarding the plumbing, a technician was dispatched during your stay, though it’s clear the issue was not fully resolved at the time, which is not the outcome we expect. Follow-up did continue, but we understand the timing—especially over a weekend—did not align well with your stay window, and that added frustration. We also take your note about the odor seriously and have since completed a full inspection to address any underlying cause. While we don’t agree that our team was unresponsive, we do recognize that the experience felt that way from your perspective, and that’s something we’re actively working to improve. Your feedback has been shared internally to reinforce both communication clarity and follow-through. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
