The space

Our spacious property is designed to offer comfort and convenience for groups and families alike. With 3 luxurious bedrooms featuring king beds and an additional bunk room with 4 queen bunkbeds, there's plenty of space for everyone.



You'll find 2 traditional bathrooms with dual sinks and the additional large, bunk room bathroom with 3 showers, 2 toilets, 2 vanities, and dual sinks, ensuring everyone has ample room and privacy. It even has its own washer and dryer.



Outside, enjoy a covered BBQ area, a refreshing pool, and a range of outdoor games on our turf yard. Lounge comfortably on our stylish furniture or gather around the outdoor dining table. As the evening cools, cozy up by the propane fire pit for a perfect end to your day. 

Pool heat note: To try and keep the standard nightly cost low, we do not always keep the pool heated. You can request to have the pool heated (82*F - 86*F) for $75 a night. The fee doesn't need to be paid until the night before check in, so feel free to wait and check with me on what temp the pool is naturally before deciding!

Room Descriptions:



• Bedroom 1: King bed, attached shared bathroom, dual vanity, shower, closet (2 person)

• Bedroom 2: King bed, smart tv, walk in closet, shared bathroom just outside door. (2 person)

• Bedroom 3: King bed, smart tv, walk in closet, shared bathroom just outside door. (2 person)

• Bunk Room: Custom built queen bunk beds (4 queen mattresses, large mirror w/vanity, closet, attached bathroom, dual vanity, 2 private toilet rooms, 3 private shower stalls, washer and dryer. (8 person)

• Extra beds: Queen pull out couch mattress located in living room. Queen blow up mattress stowed away in the bedroom 3 closet.



Each bedroom is outfitted with premium pillows, linens, and sheets. Closets have hangars and shelving. There are even standing fans stowed away in a couple closets.



Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, make up wipes, and of course plenty of toilet paper. Along with bath towels, hand towels, and face clothes. There are even hair dryers and straighteners!



Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Oven, gas stove top, Single serve or pot coffee Keurig w/k cups, blender, ice machine, stand alone water dispenser, 2 fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher w/pods, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cooking oils, basic seasonings, cutting boards, enough plates, cups, bowls, silverware for 16.



Backyard Paradise:



The Hot tub is in your control with free heat. The pool can be heated for $75/night if the Texas heat hasn't already done so. Pool towels are provided!



Our back yard has plenty of seating, a dry kitchen/bar with a mini fridge, smart tv, natural gas BBQ grill and flat top, 2 roller coolers. A natural gas fire pit, an abundance of yard games, lounging, and lights strung throughout the trees to turn the property into a twilight paradise.



The gym features 2 benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, yoga mats, pull up bar, 2 treadmills, a Peloton, row machine, and mirror to check out all that work you've been putting in. Don't forget the dry sauna in the back!



Game barn has a tv and is full of games like pop-a-shot, shuffleboard, ping pong, air hockey, darts, and more!



Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, steamer, iron, and of course detergent/dryer sheets.

Whether you’re here to relax or play, our property has something for everyone!

Guest access

You’re welcome to enjoy the entire property, except for the main garage, which is used for storage and is off-limits. We do encourage you to stay in the maintained areas to ensure no unwanted run ins with Texas critters. Exercise caution and stay aware of your surroundings for a safe and pleasant stay.



Please park your vehicles on the driveway and avoid driving around the property to ensure safety and prevent damage.

Other things to note

We love our neighbors and ask that you give them the utmost respect. Please keep noise at a reasonable level especially when outside the home. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am Friday - Saturday and 9:00pm to 8:00am Sunday - Thursday.



The use of amenities such as the pool, gym, sauna, and spa are at guests' own risk. We encourage all guests to utilize these features responsibly, always keeping safety in mind.
