Enjoy a modern kitchen, a heated pool on the canal with uninterrupted lush green views, and a lanai-protected outdoor space over the pool. The Master bedroom offers a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an open shower and spa tub, while the second bathroom features an indoor-outdoor shower with direct pool access. Available year round and the pool is heated mid-December to mid-May.

One of our favorite routines is starting the day with a bike ride along the scenic canals, taking in the peaceful surroundings before heading out for a mid-day adventure at the beach or a visit to nearby Pine Island and Matlacha. And when the sun is high, there’s nothing better than floating in the pool on our quality foam mattresses, with our favorite playlist setting the perfect mood.
The wildlife here is just as captivating—whether it’s spotting birds, sea turtles, owls, iguanas, or even the occasional jumping fish, there’s always something to marvel at. We’re thrilled to share our little piece of paradise with our guests, giving you the opportunity to experience all the things we love about Cape Coral.
