We enjoyed how close it was to the beach access. Great rooms, having a bathroom for each. Nice having a half Bath outside by the pool. Will definitely be coming back. Plenty room for 18..

Our family loved staying in this home. The online photos do not do justice to the overall size and beauty of it. It was very clean and comfortable overall and was conveniently located right across the street to the beach access. There were 10 of us in our family, and we had plenty of space. The AC works very well, and the suggestion to bring extra blankets was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. We made the choice to purchase more dish towels, as there were only two, but that was minor. The bathrooms were stocked with an abundance of towels and washcloths which was greatly appreciated. At the time of our stay, the built-in microwave was not working, but the Host had provided a portable countertop one for our use. The pool was huge and a nice amenity, including the outdoor shower and bathroom. Use caution in the outdoor bathroom, as it gets dangerously slippery. The Host company (SPI Rentals) was great with their communication throughout the whole process!

Excellent

You folks are great! The property was excellent! Had an issue with the hot tub and some ants, but you folks were so quick to respond and showed you actually cared about our time in South Padre. Will book through you folks again for the same location for our vacation next year.

Lovely home

This house is very spacious, a short walk to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool! We spent 2 months here in January and February. The bedrooms are large, each having their own bathroom was a plus. The living room furniture is comfortable and there's plenty of dinning space. The rental company is very attentive. The only drawbacks would be no bathtub for the little ones, the pool decking is quite slippery when wet, and the fitted bedsheets don't stay put. Overall the house is beautiful and our stay was quite pleasant (despite some very cold days).

This location was not a direct beach access. But very close to access entrance. The first night that we decided to cook in the oven the whole house was filled with smoke due to the prior tenant leaving spilled grease or something in the oven which was not cleaned prior to our stay. I will say that once we notified the property manager they sent someone right away to handle the issue. This is a very nice place but the other things that i noticed were the following.1. The only lock on the door is the keypad, Which is very scary considering that the kids room is next to the front door and those key can be hacked and there is no deadbolt to secure the door at night and all other rooms are upstairs which are for the grownups. 2. The gate locks on the side entrances do not work. So when you leave for the day to the beach anyone can access your pool or anything left outside. I would stay again if they fix the issues i noticed. We had kids ranging from 3 to 12. Thier safety was my biggest concern.

The house was just as advertised. We had an amazing time in the pool. The bathrooms and showers in every room was an absolute game changer. The proximity to the beach was ideal, just across the street. The host was very easy to get a hold of and was there for any questions I had. We highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Great property that is super close to beach access! If you can’t stay at a property on the beach, this is the next best thing! New and clean and a great pool and hot tub. Love that every room has its own bathroom and a bathroom outside for the pool! We had a few problems during our stay but SPI was super fast and responsive.
