Summary:

Come enjoy the comforts of home in this conveniently located, modern farmhouse style condo.



The Space:

Relax in a super comfy King Size Bed, and a quiet work space complete with high speed Wi-Fi, charging stations, and smart TV’s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and a well stocked coffee bar with keurig and drip machines, a well appointed bathroom, complete with safety features in the shower, washer and dryer and more. Cuddle up to the cozy fireplace and watch a movie, or enjoy our game and book shelf. Enjoy your morning coffee in a rocking chair overlooking the golf course and water. This condo is the Perfect hub for all the fun Branson has to offer!



THE SPACE: Quiet and private. A great place to work. Comfortable and stylish. We love friends and family and have provided plenty of dining seating for fun get togethers.



GREAT ROOM: Large, open living space with a 65” smart TV w/ cable, electric fireplace, large dining table, sleeper sofa, and comfortable covered patio with golf course and waterfront views.



KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ new stainless-steel appliances, cooking essentials, dishware and flatware, toaster, breakfast bar w/ seating, and a fully stocked coffee bar with a keurig & drip coffee maker and a teapot.



BEDROOM: Beautiful room with a 55” smart TV w/cable, dedicated work desk, and an extremely comfortable, chemical free king size mattress equipped with fresh linens and pillows. Plus, we have a Pack ‘n Play for your little one.



BATHROOM: Full bath, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries and safety features for the shower.



GENERAL: Fast, complimentary Wi-Fi, central A/C, washer & dryer in the unit, linens and towels, and an iron & board.



PARKING: Open community lot - 2 parking passes.

Comfortable bed, well stocked with dishwasher pods and laundry soap nice to have the bedroom tv, ducks waking us up every morning was nice, great location minutes from shows. Coffee and ice maker was great ,, stocked with ample towels and soap.

The place was beautiful. Decorations were exquisite! Only suggestion is to have a recliner or a couch that reclines as the seating wasn’t the most comfortable.

Perfect Condo!

The condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and decorated beautifully. The location was quiet yet convenient to all the Branson attractions. This is a top notch rental, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location

Great location and very convenient to all of the things you want to do while in Branson. Owner was very helpful when the AC unit quit working, and they had someone out at 11pm to get it fixed.

Nice condo. Great location.

Condo was nice. Kitchen appliances newer with plenty of appliances and utensils. Patio has a nice golf course and water view. Location was convenient to Table Rock Lake and local attractions.

Anniversary Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed is so comfy (sheets were divine - I’d love to know where you purchased them). Loved sitting out on patio in the morning drinking our coffee. Close to town but far enough away to be out of the hubbub of the people and traffic.

Great place!

Everything was really good from check in to check out. The condo was very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the balcony and our view of the golf course along with the geese & ducks. The only complaint would be that the balcony was dirty everything else was good, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Cozy & Comfortable

We celebrated our anniversary here just to get away together. (36 years) This property felt like a home away from home. Plus, it was accessible to the everything. The owners effortlessly focus on the details to make our stay enjoyable.

Great cozy condo for a couple’s getaway in Branson

This is a great condo with a convenient location that is near to all the attractions that Branson has to offer. The condo is well equipped lots of power outlets for all your tech gear and fast Internet. We will definitely keep this on our short list when it comes to Branson getaways. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautifully Furnished

We spent three nights and it was very nice. The condo is nicely put together. Also, attention to detail is apparent with nice decorative touches through out. The bed and linens were awesome! We slept very well. The location was good for us and very quite. It turned out to be very private but close to everthing and food delivery was quick. It was a good value, clean, comfortable and just what we wanted.

Good times in Branson !!

Great clean rental. Simple check in and out. The only bad thing was noise from a contractor who was working on a building at night. But it wasn’t managed by this corporation. No bad reflection on these guys at all.

Nice getaway

Condo was gorgeous... Had laundry pods comfortable bed. We were going to a concert and weren't able to check in until 4pm would have been nice to at least drop off our suitcases before but pin code doesn't populate until 4. Bed was comfy. Con... Walls weren't very insulated could here the neighbors quite well right up until 10pm...AC had a bit of trouble keeping up but by morning it was cooled offThis condo is on a resort but you don't have Access to pools game room or mini golf? Very odd... Wish these were included. They do include some free tickets for a show or 2 but non were open on our travel dates. Would stay again though.

Branson Trip

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was so well put together and beautiful. Sadly we won’t be able to stay here again because of the smell. There was an overwhelming smell of marijuanna and smoke. I personally had a headache every day because it was so strong. The air purifier and freshener did not help sadly. The response and promptness to try to help was wonderful and first class but I can’t handle that smell.

Cozy condo

We were so comfortable during our stay. It’s often difficult for me to sleep away from home, but the bed here was super comfy and we slept very well all 4 nights! Our girls, 14 & 9 slept comfortably on the sofa bed too with no complaints. We are early risers and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning, enjoying our coffee and watching the ducks. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We were appreciative of the laundry pods. 😊 The owners were very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We never had to wait long to hear back from them when we had a question, even on a Sunday! We got to Branson a day earlier than our schedule and they made it easy to add the extra night. We all loved the stay very much and it was hard to go back home. Thank you 🙏
