Hidden Hacienda - Cozy & Charming 4/4 w/pool close to Village, Lido & Siesta Key

I was very upset to hear this review. All of my reviews have been 5 stars. The outside area photos are exactly as the backyard looks. We did address Lisa issues as soon as she sent us a message. My husband went and cleaned it himself which is not included in the fee. There is a pool net for cleaning. It is not a hotel and we have weekly pool service which is listed. I have never had a problem with the weekly service. She never asked for extra pool cleaning service after my husband came out or I may have sent the pool company. The springtime in Sarasota does bring a lot of pollen and wind through trees can throw off the balance of the pool. Happens nearly every spring. As for the tree roots, it is a 100 year old laurel oak tree and the only way to resolve that would be to remove the entire tree and we didn’t want to destroy mother nature. As for the blood on the bed Lisa never brought that up to me until she checked out saying that she took a time stamped photo. I thought this was very odd as that would have been the first thing I would have been distressed by as a tenant. I would have cone over personally and washed the sheets. I felt that was very strange to not bring to my attention immediately. That said, I don’t think our bungalow is the right fit for Lisa and her family. Better luck to the next family that rents to them.
