Denne 1900 sq ft luksus hjørne Condo tilbyder fremragende privatliv ligger på anden sal med fantastisk udsigt over havet af Cortez, som ligger i fase I i denne storslåede udvikling. I lejligheden er smagfuldt indrettet med lokal kunst og bruger farver for at skabe en lys og munter miljø. En rummelig udendørs terrasse / veranda er befordrende for afslapning: spise og læsning.

Satellit-tv er til stede i både soveværelser og stue. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med redskaber og madlavning faciliteter. Vandet har en UV filtreringssystem. En vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er placeret i et dejligt vaskerum.

En nem gåtur (2 miles) til den dejlige, historiske, downtown San Jose del Cabo. Den shopping er uden sidestykke. I lejligheden er på tværs af gaden fra MEGA Store til opbevaring mad og forsyninger. En bil kan lejes om de fleste personer bruger byen transport.

Las Mananitas omfatter to ferskvand og en swimmingpool med saltvand. Der er en første klasses motionscenter, tændte tennisbane og putting green. En nylig bygget Jack Nicholas golfbane er på tværs af gaden.

Great condo in great location!

We loved Ron's place. It was spacious, comfortable and. had everything you could possibly need! Honestly, the listing pictures don't even do it justice! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything We Hoped For

The condo had everything we needed & some things we didn't expect, like laundry detergent. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Overall it was decorated nicely and felt homey. The balcony is huge and the views!! Listened to booming waves and saw amazing sunrises. Red flags on the beach, but the pools were very nice. BEST stay for us! Very likely we'll be back.

Perfect in every way!

This condo exceeded all expectations! From seamless communication to the perfect location, everything was outstanding. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the amenities top-notch. It’s the ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy the peaceful charm of San Jose while being just steps away from the beach. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location in San Jose Del Cabo

A wonderful end unit with beautifully manicured grounds! The unit fit our needs perfectly and the owner was a delight to communicate with. We have stayed in other units and haven’t had the best experience with the owner. This was a really pleasant experience! You won’t want to leave the lovely ocean view! The location is excellent for groceries and restaurants. The pools are amazing!

Very Overdue Review

I just realized that I had not written a review about our stay at the condo last November! We were the first ones to stay here after the terrible Hurricane that hit in September. Ron was wonderful regarding the reservation and was supportive of any decision that we wanted to make about keeping our plans to stay at the condo. Lucky for us, the condo was in great shape and showed minimal damage (a few broken outdoor lights and ceiling fans inside were not usable). This was our second stay at the condo and we really love the location of the end unit. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to plan another trip in the future. Family vacation

Lovely condo complex on the water… I would say great for older couples looking for a quiet relaxing time… pools are beautiful but meant for lounging , kids aren’t allowed to jump in Town is almost an hour walk with younger kids so we ended up taking Ubers everywhere Grocery store is close and Cynthia’s restaurant is around the corner and excellent! Cute condo , great space but needs a little updating and TLC … internet is awful if you didn’t stand next to the modem it didn’t work , tv’s could be updated also as they are not smart tvs (kids couldn’t get Disney plus etc) which isn’t a big deal but would have been nice. Sink handles are broken, stains in the shower, leaky shower in master bathroom, outdoor furniture was filthy, We had to buy more toliet paper, paper towel and a sponge just to do dishes. I thought those basics are usually included but I could be wrong? All in all great stay! Just felt that for the cost of the place it could have had a few more luxuries. Ron was great, very informative , emailed me and was available for any questions I had.

Baja getaway

Lovely property, well maintained, courteous friendly staff and community. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pools and ocean views.Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen all well-equipped, easy storage. Patio seating awkward but works. Would happily return!

Very nice

Las Mananitas is the best! And this condo was a great place to stay as it’s on the 2nd floor of phase 1 with a nice view of the pool, grounds, beach and morning sunrise. Well stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen, towels, bedding , beach chairs, etc to make your stay comfortable. Owner was very responsive and would recommend this condo to others. We would stay here again.

Everything As Expected!

This ideal 2 bdrm. condo has it all. Great location with fine ocean views of the breakers and fully equipped for two couples. Ron communicated regularly and is a fine host!

Absolutely lovely property! Spacious outdoor area with very comfortable furniture. Las Mananitas pool and grounds are perfectly maintained. Very safe with security on staff 24/7.

Christmas at Las Mananitas

We have stayed on this property several times before and love the view and location right on the beach. Very handy to be right by the large grocery stores and we uber into town or to local snorkeling beaches easily. The property is very well maintained and clean. Quite spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay in San Jose del Cabo

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Maninitas. The condo was just so comfortable--it really had everything we needed. The pool area was especially nice and our balcony area with its view of the ocean was lovely. The complex was very quiet while we were there which was great for us but might not be suited as well to younger people.

A perfect space to stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be for a vacation! It was clean, spacious, and the view was incredible. We watched a whale from the balcony and enjoyed spending our time there. The property is also very well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent place to stay

The condo was very well cared for with newer furniture and interesting art. AC worked well when needed...everything worked well. There were a few minor needs (lightbulbs on deck, cupboard door) which the owner took care of within a day. The place was cleaner than most resorts, and the stocking of staples was a real plus. Previous renters left enough food to carry us through the first day until we were able to go to the store. The pool was a great temperature! Just came from resort where the water was too cold. Great place to eat at Cynthia's, a block away. Shrimp tacos were outstanding! Friendly guests and workers. The fellow at the gate went out of his way to assist with luggage and Uber transfer. I have stayed at Las Mananitas before and will be back again. This unit will be among my top choices.

Great stay

We could have not asked for a better experience. The host was excellent and made our stay one of the best. The location was perfect and the sunrise every morning was spectacular. The unit was in great shape with everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back again.

Wonderful getaway

Beautiful views and balcony, great beach and pool, friendly helpful staff. Close to grocery stores. Uber drives right up and it’s a quick trip anywhere. The unit is very comfortable.

Very Nice location

Everything went according to plan. We have been staying in this complex over the past 25 years. This unit is clean and priced right. It may need a few slight touch-ups due to the age. Otherwise all fine.

Amazing condo in San Jose del Cabo

This was an amazing condo at a perfect location. Everything we needed in the kitchen and extras like pool floaties and beach chairs. The grocery store was basically across the street and lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We will be coming back to stay here again!!

Wonderful condo in San Jose del Csbo

This was my second time to Las Mananitas but the first time to this unit. It was exactly as described. The unit was spacious and well appointed overlooking the beach. Everything we could need was in the unit. We had a great time and would go back again!!
