For those who love spending time outdoors, Nicoha has plenty to offer as well. To the right of the front deck, you'll find a park-style grill, perfect for grilling up your favorite meals. You can enjoy your food on the spacious deck or gather around the wood firepit to the left of the deck, where you can roast marshmallows, share stories, and enjoy the mountain air. Whether you're challenging friends in the game room or relaxing in the hot tub, our cabin is designed to ensure your time in the Smoky Mountains is filled with fun and relaxation.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
