Steps to Ali‘i Drive and the ocean, this beautifully furnished condo is your perfect spot to be in the heart of it all!
Attention to the detailed and creative updates is apparent in every room, from lauhala and bamboo-finished ceilings to tile floors throughout. The bedroom features a lovely four-poster bed with a comfortable mattress and adjustable bedframe, while the bathroom’s décor includes a glass block shower partition that borders a fully tiled shower. A large lanai provides an expanded space for dining or lounging and includes privacy/sun shades for added comfort. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay.
Amenities in the complex include a nice-sized swimming pool and two sun/bbq decks, both offering beautiful views of the ocean, wonderful sunsets, Ali‘i Drive, Mokuaikaua Church, and Hulihe‘e Palace, the royal summer home—a great place to watch the parades, Ironman, canoe races, and swimmers at the pier.
Some of Kona’s most popular restaurants and shops are within a few minutes’ walk, as is easy ocean access/activities at Kamakahonu Beach and historic Ahu‘ena Heiau.
One parking space is available for use in the underground parking garage, and there is an elevator to bring you to your condo. The condo’s front door is conveniently located near the top of a flight of stairs, just one floor up, or you can use the elevator.
