En meget kort 2 minutters gang til stranden!

GRATIS strandservice (to stole og en paraply) inkluderet 1. marts til 30. november

Velkommen til det prestigefyldte samfund af Frangista Beach! Ankomme med dine flip flops og badedragt i hånden. Denne smukke 3BR / 3BA privat hjem SLEEPS 8 og er placeret en blok væk fra gated beach adgang og er direkte på tværs af gaden fra Frangista Beach community pool. (Koder for adgang til stranden og poolporten vil blive givet til gæsterne.)

Oplev nye gulve, 11 fods lofter og smukke møbler, så snart du træder gennem hoveddøren til dette to-etagers strandhus. Saml i det åbne gourmet køkken og stue og spiseplads på første sal. Stuen er udstyret med en dronning sovesofa til at yde ekstra sovepladser, hvis det er nødvendigt. En 55 "fladskærm 4K HDTV, Blu-Ray-afspiller og Roku (med adgang til Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, YouTube osv.) Er til rådighed for din underholdning. Slap af og nyd det smukke vejr på en af ?? tre rummelige verandaer.

Også placeret på første sal er to dronning soveværelser med private badeværelser. Andet soveværelse soveværelse har en king-size seng og privat master badeværelse med et brusebad og dobbelt forfængelighed. Det store soveværelse har også en afskærmet veranda med en seks person samtale siddeområde for at nyde samtale og vin med venner eller samle til kaffe om morgenen. (Gratis Keurig brygger med en sampler af K-kopper leveres ved check-in.) Alle værelser har fladskærms-tv, dvd-afspillere og kabel-tv-service.

Frangista Beach ligger få minutter fra Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, landsbyen Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park og en række familievenlige spisesteder, indkøbs- og underholdningssteder. Det er også inden for gåafstand til mange lokale foretrukne beachfront restauranter, herunder Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut og Whale's Tail.

Perfect location! We loved the proximity to the beach and pool! The house is beautiful, very clean and has an incredible collection of board games and dvds just incase you experience not perfect beach weather during your stay. 10/10 recommend!

We also rented this specific house and had a great experience! We could tell this house was taken great care of and and the one issue that arose, the property management company was RIGHT on top of it-sending someone out immediately to fix! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! I can definitely tell they take great care of the property!!!

Aquaholic at Frangista beach properties is amazing. The staff is great and very accommodating. We accidentally booked one less day than I tented and they were glad to accommodate. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. 5 star rating all the way around!!

Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

We stayed for a month and the house was very clean, close to the beach and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would highly recommend it.

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect beach vacation home. This lovely home is stocked with everything you will need and is beautifully decorated. Great location, it is a 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to 2 beachside restaurants, and a 1 minute walk to the gorgeous pool. Property management was in contact with us before, during, and after our stay, to insure a great overall vacation experience.
