Welcome to THE SEA BREEZE at The Twin Palms Townhouse. The Seabreeze is one of three sister suites located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in the heart of Ventura's quaint beachside community. A short drive to Ojai, Oxnard, Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara. Rent one, two, or all three Twin Palm Townhouses depending on the size of your party. Each property features private entrances and outdoor space to enjoy the ocean breeze.
Enjoy your stay in this beautifully styled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite with a fully-equipped kitchen and quaint patio space. The Sea Breeze Suite was fully renovated in 2024 with the highest quality and style in mind.
Guests have full access to their gated townhouse including a quaint patio. Each townhouse offers two allotted off-street parking spaces.

Centrally located within walking distance to the beach, breweries, cafes, Ventura fair grounds, and the best of Main Street. The Sea Breeze Suite has allotted off-street parking spots conveniently located in the rear of the property in the ally off South Ann Street. There is also plenty of street parking on Santa Clara and South Ann. Once you park your car you can ditch the keys and don your favorite flip flops because everything you could need is a short walk away.
