Welcome to our Studio with a breathtaking Ocean View located on the 7th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo. We offer a range of resort-like amenities and a convenient location in a quiet and family-friendly area of Miami Beach. Here are the key details you need to know:

Honestly place was very clean but check in process was a bit of a hassle as the main host is located downstairs. Valet parking was nice feature but takes too long to retrieve your vehicle if you need to leave the resort.

Hotel was too far from South Beach. Check in was confusing, slow and staff not too pleasant. Looks like Hotel lobby hasn’t had a renovation or spruce up in decades. It was poorly lit, dingy and kind of gross. Security staff was rude. Room was clean enough. View was good.

Beach access

Easy access to the beach, parking was including in the rental so that made it a breeze especially since it was all valet parking. Would definitely come back to the property.

There was no hot water in the kitchen sink and no way to plug the drain to wash dishes. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained extremely slow.

Smooth time

Place was exactly what we were looking for - a budget friendly condo on the beach! We were familiar with the area so no real surprises. And the perk of free valet parking was EXCELLENT! Also - if you know Spanish, things can go smoother with the staff, but not necessary.

absolutely loved the area and apartment, would 100% recommend you stay here and we will be staying again. the check in process was a little much, but i know it is out of their control. more communication regarding how lengthy the process will be once there would be my only complaint.

Wonderful view

It was great. The view was wonderful. Needs some updates . But other than that was clean and wonderful view. The valet parking was a nightmare. Wait so long.

THIS IS A STUDIO, not a one bedroom!While the posting said one bedroom, and the pictures attempted to make it look like it was 2 rooms at least, it was all one. The shower has clearly not been cleaned, there was hair on the wall. The laundry in the building was broken, and when we asked the host for suggestions we didn’t get a response. To the use the pool, you needed to wear a bracelet, and to use the gym, you needed to give your id. The doorknob to the gate to the beach broke and wasn’t fixed for days, making it impossible to get back in, unless someone was leaving when you were hoping to enter. The kitchen was not a full kitchen, there was no stove or oven, just a microwave, toaster, and an electric hot pad in a cubbard. It was essentially, a hotel room. Which would have been fine if that’s what we were looking for. But as we were traveling with our young son, we thought we had booked the comforts of a 1 bedroom apartment. The view was terrific, you are right on the boardwalk/pathway for the beach, and we loved looking out over the water everyday. I just wish the description had been more honest.

We will still share your feedback with them, particularly regarding communication and maintenance delays such as the beach gate issue. We also regret not responding to your request for laundry alternatives—this is not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide, and we are reviewing our communication process to improve this. On a positive note, we’re glad you enjoyed the view and the location right by the beach walkway. We sincerely appreciate your feedback—it helps us identify where we need to do better.
