Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the great location, beautiful ocean views, and direct beach access. It's also fantastic to know you made the most of the pool, the on-site shops, bar, and restaurant, and that the valet service made your stay even more convenient. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the room, but we're sorry that your experience with the building's management and common areas was frustrating. We understand how inconvenient the elevator delays, limited luggage carts, and parking access can be, especially during busy periods. While these aspects are managed by the building's association and are unfortunately outside of our control, we continue to share guest feedback with building management in hopes of seeing improvements. We truly appreciate your comments and are glad you enjoyed the room itself. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much for your review! 🌊 We’re happy you enjoyed the great ocean view, the convenient location, and the free parking. We hope to welcome you back soon for another relaxing stay by the beach!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌴✨ We’re delighted you enjoyed the spectacular view, the clean pool, and the comfort of both beds. It’s great to know the photos matched your expectations and that you found the valet parking and nearby shops and restaurants so convenient. We’d be thrilled to welcome you back anytime! 💙

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your husband enjoyed your stay and that everything matched the photos. It was truly a pleasure hosting you both. I’m glad we were able to resolve the toilet and internet issues quickly — we always want our guests to feel taken care of. We look forward to welcoming you back anytime! 😊🌴

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're glad to hear that the unit met your family's needs and that you enjoyed the ocean view, beach access, and the convenience of free parking. It's great to know that we could accommodate your request for a later checkout. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Could use some updates. The shower head and the WiFi were my biggest issues. It was nice that they had chairs and umbrellas.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that the unit met your cleanliness expectations. We understand that the facility may feel a bit dated, and we're working on updates to ensure a more modern experience for our guests. We hope to welcome you back soon with some improvements in place!

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re very glad we could quickly accommodate you in another unit and that you enjoyed the superb beach, the views, and the amenities. We appreciate your comments and look forward to welcoming you again for another pleasant stay

Thanks so much and Congrats on your son!

Thank you for your feedback—it’s great to hear you enjoyed the ocean view from the bedroom! We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences with the TV and internet. We’ll make sure the remote batteries are replaced and will address the internet issue promptly to ensure a smoother experience for future stays. Your input helps us improve, and we’d love the chance to host you again and provide a flawless stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the pest issue you encountered upon arrival. As soon as you notified us, we immediately sent both our maintenance team to treat the unit and our housekeeping team to perform an additional deep cleaning. While we are glad we were able to respond promptly, we understand that this did not fully restore your comfort, and we regret the impact it had on your stay. Regarding the elevators and valet service, these are amenities managed by the condominium association and are shared by all residents and guests. We understand that wait times can be frustrating, especially during busy periods, and we appreciate your patience. Your comments about cleanliness and the condition of the unit have been taken seriously. We have shared your feedback with our team and will continue working to ensure the highest standards are maintained for future guests. We appreciate your honest review and are sorry that this stay did not reflect the experience we strive to provide. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Miami and appreciate the opportunity to improve.
