Thank you for your great review! We're glad you enjoyed the condo, the perfect location, and the cleanliness of the grounds. Thank you for your kind review! We're so happy you enjoyed Arie Dam 202's location, the smaller building feel, and that our team was responsive to your needs. We appreciate the feedback about the master mattress, we'll pass this along to our property manager and owner for review. Thanks for choosing to stay with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and honest review. We’re very happy to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, beautiful view, easy beach access, and the extra beach chairs and toys. We’re truly sorry the master bedroom mattress and bed frame affected your sleep and your overall experience. We take your feedback seriously and will be looking into replacing or upgrading the bed so future guests can enjoy a comfortable night’s rest. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. 🌊💙

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad the home met your family’s needs and that you enjoyed your time in such a beautiful spot. It’s wonderful to hear you visit the area each year, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back for your next stay!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that, even with uncooperative weather, your stay was everything you hoped for. It means a great deal to us that you’ve stayed in this location before and noticed the updates—we’re always working to improve the experience for our guests. We truly appreciate your continued support and would be delighted to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear you otherwise had a very good stay and would consider returning — that means a lot. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service during your visit. We understand how difficult it can be to carry luggage up the stairs, and we appreciate your suggestion about better communication ahead of time. Since the elevator is managed by the building association, outages can sometimes occur unexpectedly, but we agree that guests should always be promptly informed when they do. Regarding the thermostat, we’re sorry for the confusion and discomfort. Some units do have remote climate monitoring for efficiency and maintenance purposes, but we understand how important it is for guests to feel in full control of their comfort settings. We’ll look into this to ensure clearer communication going forward. Thank you again for your helpful feedback — we truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back again

Thank you! We’re so glad to hear you loved it all. You’re welcome back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location, but we're sincerely sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the cleanliness, the limited bath linens, the condition of the beach chairs, and the elevator during your stay. We also regret that your interaction regarding parking information was frustrating. Your comments are valuable, and we will share them with our housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams so these concerns can be reviewed and addressed. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the level of service and accommodations you expected.
