Great Location and Property

This was our fourth time at the Lands End property and first time renting with Resort Rentals. I will say that this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Place was clean and view was great. On the negative side, there were black flies that were present when we first walked in. We contacted the rental management company and they responded, However, these were never able to be eradicated, even though there was some effort to do so. Resort Rentals/Lands End, should have taken care of this issue before we arrived. Secondly, the knife block was not full when we arrived, so we do not want to be charged for missing knives. Other than that the property was great. Rich Feinberg

Thank you for your review, Richard. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our Lands End property and found it to be clean with a great view. We apologize for the presence of black flies upon your arrival and any inconvenience caused. Our team did make efforts to address the issue, but unfortunately, we were not able to fully eradicate them during your stay. As for the knife block, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and assure you that we will take care of it. We hope that you will consider staying with Resort Rentals again in the future. Thanks again for your feedback.

August Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. This unit needs to have a bigger tv in the master bedroom. Need to have good spatulas for turning food. Not enough towels, shampoos and soaps. We should not be paying $30 for parking.

Thank you Rubeena for reviewing your stay at Land's End building 7 unit 406. Pleased you had a great time and we hope you relaxed and had beach/pool time as well. We can suggest to the owner concerning a larger bedroom television. We do provide a complimentary starter kit with shampoo and soap and towels are provided, and as far as the parking, this is a fee Land's End implemented. We are hopeful you will join us again for a future stay.

Great Beach Stay

Property is fabulous. Location is very private and beautiful. We have stayed at this location before but in a different condo. This condo was great except for master bath...tub/shower hard to use. Everything else, including view, is fabulous!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is in serious need of updating. Carpet is disgusting. Feet stick to it. Comforter on bed is old and nasty. Land's End Resort Building 7 406

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was great! The resort is a little off the beaten path, so quiet. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. Other amenities were also great. Our teens loved the volleyball and tennis courts, pool, and hot tub. The condo could use some updating. The carpet was very dirty. We were nit even comfortable walking around bare foot. The mattresses were not comfortable. The condo was steps from the beach and had gorgeous views. We had friends staying in other units that were updated and cleaner. We would return to Land's End in the future, but probably look for a different unit.

We love the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ourrental property was exactly what my wife and I needed. We invested every night on the balcony watching the sunset. Although we are disapponted that the beach has physically become smaller over the years it is still a peaceful place to stay. Over the years the number of people who don't live at the property have increased and using the beach...but for the most part it is still a nice beach.

Perfect view and perfect weather

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always easy to work with Resort Rentals. They are friendly and efficient. The unit was very clean, the view was perfect. There was no tupperware present in the unit, which presented a slight hiccup, but we just bought a few small pieces at Publix. Owners art on the walls was a nice touch. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins daily and would absolutely recommend to a friend or relative.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. Coming into a dirty condo was very sad. Will not recommend

Great location, unit needs to be updated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Land's End, great location and property. This unit however needs to have some upgrades. The carpet was stained in LR and ripped in the second bedroom. The Master bathroom needs to be completely updated. Mold in the shower, old tile etc...All the flooring throughout the unit should be upgraded. Time to bring the unit up to date.Kitchen disposal didn't work, dishwasher doesn't completely drain. The stairwell coming up to the 4th floor had both sets of lights out.We still highly recommend Land's End. But will choose a different unit next time.
